Abstract

　動画像からの移動物検知装置の第１の手段において、時刻ｔに取得した画像フレームと時刻ｔ-１に取得した画像フレームとに基づいて、時刻ｔ-１に取得した画像フレーム内の各特徴点についての移動量を算出する。第２の手段と、第１の手段により算出した移動量が所定の値よりも小さい特徴点について、時刻ｔ-１に取得した画像フレームとｔ+ｍに取得した画像フレームとに基づいて、時刻ｔ-１に取得した画像フレーム内の該特徴点についての移動量を算出する。
