Abstract

 低電圧回路と高電圧回路との絶縁を確保し、且つ小型化が可能な交流モータの制御装置を提供する。  モータの制御装置は、交流モータへ電流を供給するインバータ回路の各アームに対してそれぞれ設けられ、各アームが有するスイッチング素子を駆動する駆動回路20と、駆動回路20に、電力を供給するための電力供給回路の制御を行う電源制御回路27とを有する。低電圧回路領域7は、電源制御回路27を有して備えられる。高電圧回路領域5は、1つの駆動回路20を含み、低電圧回路領域7を挟んで両側に並べて配置されると共に、低電圧回路領域7との間に所定の絶縁距離d1を設けて配置される。電力供給回路として、低電圧回路領域7と各高電圧回路領域5とをそれぞれ接続するトランスLが備えられる。
