Abstract

 磁気ディスク装置等のヘッドの位置決め制御系において、ヘッド位置に応じて振幅が変化する特定振動成分の外乱振動が存在する周波数を目標周波数として選定する。次に、目標周波数に共振特性を有しヘッド位置に応じてゲインが変化する可変ゲイン器Aを入力端に、可変ゲイン器Aの逆特性を有する可変ゲイン器Bを出力端に有する共振フィルタを設計する。そして、シーク動作中は共振フィルタへの入力を0とし、シーク動作終了後に誤差信号を可変ゲイン器Aを介した共振フィルタへの入力とする。可変ゲイン器A、Bのゲインの積は、1となるように制御される。
