Abstract

Un récipient formé d'une feuille en alliage d'aluminium est prévu et formé d'un seul corps à feuille en alliage d'aluminium qui possède au moins une résistance électrique spécifique spécifiée, qui présente une excellente formabilité et une excellente résistance à la corrosion, et qui convient pour la cuisson par un cuiseur électromagnétique. L'alliage d'aluminium liquide est coulé selon une épaisseur allant jusqu'à 10 mm à une vitesse de refroidissement d'au moins 100 °C /seconde, puis le produit coulé est laminé à froid selon une épaisseur de 50 à 300 μm, puis le produit laminé est annelé à au moins 300 °C pendant une durée de maintien de réchauffage allant jusqu'à 10 minutes afin de former une feuille en alliage d'aluminium, qui possède une épaisseur de 50 à 200 μm et une résistance électrique spécifique d'au moins 6,0 μΩcm, et est formé sous pression afin d'obtenir un récipient formé d'une feuille en alliage d'aluminium (10) qui possède une paroi inférieure (11), une paroi périphérique (12) et un bord (13). Ce récipient (10) présente une excellente formabilité (plus particulièrement une excellente résistance aux piqûres) et une excellente résistance à la corrosion, et possède une résistance électrique qui convient pour la cuisson par un cuiseur électromagnétique.
