Abstract

 複雑な製造工程を要さず、低い製造コスト及び高い歩留まりで、リブで区画された基板の平面上に電極を備えた表示パネル用の基板を製造する方法を提供し、更に、この製造方法で製造された表示パネル用の基板を備えた表示パネル及びこの表示パネルを備えた表示装置を提供する。具体的には、一方の面にリブ6と基板平面4が形成され、基板平面4上に電極30bが設けられた表示パネル用の基板2を製造する方法であって、型凹凸形状の凸部12に基板平面4と対向する型凸部平面16を備え、型凹凸形状の凹部14にリブ上面8に対向する型凹部底面18を備えた型10を、型凹凸形状が基板凹凸形状に勘合するように、基板2対向させて配置する工程1と、工程1の後、型凸部平面16に開口した注入口20から電極材料30aを注入する工程2と、工程2の後、電極材料30aを硬化させ、型10を基板2から離す工程3と、を備えた製造方法を提供する。
