技术领域
本发明涉及钢铁冶炼领域,特别是涉及一种环冷机,及用于该环冷机台车, 防止台车在冷却物料时漏风的密封单元。
背景技术
在钢铁冶炼中,环冷机台车用于冷却烧结的物料,环冷机台车为四周密闭 的立体结构。 参见图 1 , 为现有环冷机台车的纵向剖视图, 包括三角梁 11、 篦 板 12和台车体 13 , 篦板 12上铺设物料。 冷却作业时, 冷风从下方的风箱吹 入台车体 13 , 再经过篦板 12进入物料层, 与物料充分热交换后, 从物料上方 排出。
因台车需要在环冷机内转动, 所以台车与风箱之间很难实现密封, 导致冷 风的利用率不高, 影响物料冷却。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种环冷机,该环冷机能够防止散落的 物料烧损密封装置, 保证密封性, 提高物料的冷却效果。
本发明还提供一种用于环冷机台车的密封单元, 能够防止物料烧损密封 件, 保证密封性。
本发明一种用于环冷机台车的密封单元,密封单元包括在环冷机台车的内 侧密封板、外侧密封板、及异形梁的左支撑梁和右支撑梁与下层平板接触位置 分别设置的, 用于防止冷风外漏的密封装置。
优选的, 所述内侧密封板、 外侧密封板、 及异形梁的左支撑与下层平板接 触位置设置的密封装置是第一密封装置;所述第一密封装置包括成直角连接的 横梁和支架,在支架的外侧固定装配弹性材质的密封件, 所述密封件的下端紧 贴在所述下层平板上,所述密封件的高度稍大于所述支架下端面到所述横梁的 距离。 优选的, 所述支架内侧装配有可上下活动的隔灰板。
优选的,所述隔灰板上设有导向槽,所述导向槽套接在所述支架的销子上。 优选的, 所述密封件的中部和所述支架外侧设有螺丝孔, 螺丝从所述螺丝 孔穿过, 将所述密封件锁固到所述支架上。

本发明一种环冷机, 包括多个环形连接的环冷机台车,每个台车上都设有 密封单元, 密封单元包括在环冷机台车的内侧密封板、 外侧密封板、 及异形梁 的左支撑梁和右支撑梁与下层平板接触位置分别设置的,用于防止冷风外漏的 密封装置。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂, 下面结合附图和 具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
参见图 2, 为环冷机俯视图, 环冷机包括多个环冷机台车 10, 多个环冷机 台车 10依次、 等距、 且同心布置, 一起沿顺时针或逆时针同速转动。 环冷机 以单个环冷机台车 10作为一个密封单元进行密封, 有几个台车就建立几个密 封单元, 整体上形成一个由多个密封单元组成的侧装式单元静密封***,使环 冷机在工作过程中冷风不漏出, 保证物料冷却效果。
针对每个环冷机台车 10, 其前后和左右四边都采用密封装置进行密封, 保证每个环冷机台车 10的密闭性。 参见图 3 , 为图 2所示 A-A向剖视图, 环 冷机台车 10为放料层和通风层双层结构, 放料层用于放置烧结的物料, 通风 层用于通风, 放料层和通风层间隔开设有多个通风孔的篦板 11。 环冷机台车 10的两边分别为内侧密封板 13和外侧密封板 14, 内侧密封板 13和外侧密封 板 14与环冷机台车 10的下层平板 12相接触部分设有第一密封装置 20。 内侧 密封板 13的下部设有冷风入口 18。
参阅图 4, 为图 3的 C-C剖视图, 异形梁 30的左支撑梁 31和右支撑梁 32与下层平板 12的接触位置分别设有第一密封装置 20和第二密封装置 21。
参阅图 5 , 为本发明单个环冷机台车的密封示意图, 台车 10的下层平板 12的长度略大于内侧密封板 13和外侧密封板 14的距离, 下层平板 12的宽度 略大于异形梁 30的左支架 31和异形梁右支架 32的距离。 其中, 内侧密封板 13、 外侧密封板 14、 及异形梁 30的左支撑梁 31与下层平板 12接触处的外侧 设置第一密封装置 20, 异形梁 30的右支撑梁 32与下层平板 12接触处的外侧 设置第二密封装置 21 , 环冷机台车 10四边的密封装置是相互连接且闭合的, 以实现对环冷机台车 10四面的密封。
参见图 6, 为本发明第一密封装置 20的放大图, 环冷机台车 10的下部是 由成直角连接的支架 23和横梁 24组成, 在支架 23外侧固定装配一弹性材质 的密封件 33 , 密封件 33的上端面紧贴横梁 24的下端面, 密封件 33的下端面 紧贴台车的下层平板 12。
本发明将弹性材质的密封件 33固定装配在支架 23的外侧, 密封件 33的 下端面紧贴台车的下层平板 12。 这样, 利用密封件 33 的弹性, 使密封件 33 与下层平板 12严密接触, 将支架 23与下层平板 12接触位置密封, 防止冷风 露出。 支架 23挡在密封件 33前, 将散落在平台 12上的高温物料与密封件 31 隔离, 有效防止高温物料烧灼密封件 33。 因此, 本发明即可利用密封件 33实 现密封, 又可防止高温的物料烧灼密封件 33。
密封件 33的前端面 314的中部向内凹入, 使上端面和下端面的宽度大于 中间部位的宽度。相对于采用规则的长方体结构, 中部向内凹入的结构不会影 响密封效果,还可以节约部分材料, 并利于采用螺丝锁固等方式从中间位置将 该密封件 33固定到支架 23上。
密封件 33的中部和支架 23外侧设有螺丝孔, 螺丝从螺丝孔中穿过,将密 封件 33锁固到支架 23上。 因密封件 33中间部向内凹入, 中间部位宽度较小, 利于开设螺丝孔, 也方便密封件 33的安装和拆卸。
为进一步提高密封效果, 本发明密封件 33可与支架 23和横梁 24过赢配 合。 见图 7, 密封件 33的高度略大于支架 23下端面到横梁 24的距离 H, 横 梁 24将环冷机台车 10的部分重量压在密封件 33的上端面, 压力传递到下端 面, 使下端面更紧密贴合在下层平板 12上, 提高密封效果。
但是, 由于密封件 33与支架 23和横梁 24过赢配合, 支架 23与下层平板 12之间接触就不够紧密, 可能出现缝隙, 高温的物料就有可能经通过该缝隙 烧灼密封件 33。 见图 8 , 支架 23外侧设置可上下活动的隔灰板 34, 隔灰板 34 上设导向槽 36, 导向槽套 36接在支架 23的销子 37上。 销子 37将隔灰板 34 固定到支架 23的内侧, 在导向槽 36宽度的范围内, 隔灰板 34可上下活动。 当内侧密封板 13相对于下层平板 12移动时, 隔灰板 34由于自重, 落到下层 平板 12上, 挡住缝隙 25 , 防止高温的物料经缝隙 25烧灼密封件 31。
参见图 9, 为本发明第二密封装置 21的放大图, 环冷机台车 10的下部是 由成直角连接的支架 23和横梁 24组成, 在支架 23外侧固定装配一弹性材质 的密封件 33 , 密封件 33的上端面紧贴横梁 24的下端面, 密封件 33的下端面 紧贴台车的下层平板 12。 支架 23与下层平板 12相接触且被压紧, 可以起到 隔灰板的作用, 因此, 第二密封装置 21不需再设置隔灰板。
以上对本发明所提供的一种环冷机及用于环冷机台车的密封单元,进行了 上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想; 同时,对于本 领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会 有改变之处, 综上所述, 本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

9、 如权利要求 8所述的环冷机, 其特征在于, 所述内侧密封板、 外侧密 封板、 及异形梁的左支撑与下层平板接触位置设置的密封装置是第一密封装 置; 所述第一密封装置包括成直角连接的横梁和支架,在支架的外侧固定装配 弹性材质的密封件, 所述密封件的下端紧贴在所述下层平板上, 所述密封件的 高度稍大于所述支架下端面到所述横梁的距离。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的环冷机, 其特征在于, 所述异形梁的右支撑与下 层平板接触位置设置的密封装置是第二密封装置;所述第二密封装置包括成直 角连接的横梁和支架, 所述支架与所述下层平板相接触,在支架的外侧固定装 配弹性材质的密封件, 所述密封件的下端紧贴在所述下层平板上。
