Abstract

 本発明は、現像性、メンテナンス性の劣化なく、耐刷力の改善された感光性平版印刷版を提供する。この感光性平版印刷版は、ケイ酸塩を実質的に含有しないpHが9.0以上、12.4以下のアルカリ性水溶液である現像液を用いて現像処理を行うための感光性平板印刷版であって、親水性表面を有するアルミニウム支持体上に、ビイミダゾール化合物、ラジカル重合可能な化合物及び高分子結合剤を含有する感光層を有する感光性平版印刷版であって、該ラジカル重合可能な化合物が、1)分子内にひとつのイソシアナート基を有するメタクリレート化合物もしくはアクリレート化合物と、2)ジオール化合物、トリオール化合物、ジアミノ化合物及びトリアミノ化合物から選ばれる少なくとも1種の化合物との反応生成物であり、かつ、該親水性表面を有するアルミニウム支持体の中心線平均粗さRaが0.20μm以上、0.70μm以下であることを特徴とする。
