Abstract

 SAW装置は、圧電基板1上に3個以上の奇数個のIDT電極4~9と、反射器電極10~13とを有する第1及び第2のSAW素子2,3と、第1及び第2のSAW素子2,3を縦続接続する接続配線16と、第1のSAW素子2の両端のIDT電極4,6に接続された第1の不平衡信号端子14と、第2のSAW素子3の両端のIDT電極7,9に接続された第2の不平衡信号端子15と、を具備し、第1及び第2のSAW素子2,3はそれぞれ中央のIDT電極5,8の一方のバスバー電極17が2分割され、第1及び第2のSAW素子2,3の少なくとも一方の中央のIDT電極の非分割のバスバー電極18,19が基準電位電極に接続されており、接続配線16は平衡信号配線とされている。
