Abstract

本発明は、移動機構(17)を備え、少なくとも1つの案内箇所を有する案内区域内を移動して携帯受信端末(10)を所持する被案内人を案内するロボット(100)であって、当該ロボット(100)の、上記案内区域内における現在位置を認識する位置認識部と、上記位置認識部に現在位置を認識させながら当該ロボットを各案内箇所に移動させる移動制御部(14)と、各案内箇所に移動する毎に該各案内箇所に応じたコンテンツ情報を、当該ロボット周囲の被案内人が所持する携帯受信端末(10)に向けて送信する送信部(20)とを備えた。
