The produced edge is used for covering the rim of a door by adaptation to the curved profile of the same without showing ruptures, cracks or fissures.
  • thermoplastic film Collano 44.400 is digitally printed with a solid color and then is applied onto a MDF board by means of a rolling press heated at a temperature of 160 0 C at the speed of 1 m/min. The coated surface is then tested following the UNI 1 1216. Results are reported as follows:

Abstract

L'invention concerne, dans un aspect, un revêtement décoratif qui présente un film thermoplastique adhésif comprenant un élément décoratif et pouvant être appliqué sur un substrat à décorer par chauffage, l'élément décoratif étant imprimé directement sur le film thermoplastique adhésif. Dans un autre aspect, l'invention concerne également un procédé de décoration d'un substrat au moyen d'un film thermoplastique adhésif imprimé.
