Abstract

 形状測定装置は、波形または位相が相異なる信号を各々放射する複数個の送信部1~4と、物体0により反射された信号を受信する受信部31~34と、受信部31~34で受信された信号の波形と、複数個の送信部1~4のうち受信された信号を放射した送信部が放射する信号との相関波形を求める相関部41~44と、相関部41~44で求められた複数の相関波形に基づいて擬似波面を抽出し、擬似波面と物体0の形状との関係に基づいて物体0の形状を推定する形状推定部5とを備えている。これにより、物体形状の測定時間が大幅に短縮できる。
