Abstract

 スケール析出を防止しつつ、効率よく凝縮水を生成することができる造水装置および造水方法を提供する。  蒸気が内部を通過する伝熱管(221)の外表面に被処理水を供給することにより被処理水から蒸気と濃縮水とを生成すると共に、伝熱管(221)内で蒸気が凝縮することにより凝縮水を生成する蒸発缶(20)を複数備え、複数の蒸発缶(20)の相互間を、前段の蒸発缶(20)で生成された蒸気を後段の蒸発缶(20)の伝熱管(221)内部に熱源として導くように接続された造水装置(1)であって、複数の蒸発缶(20)は、前段側から後段側に沿って、高温蒸発缶群(2a)と低温蒸発缶群(2b)とにグループ分けされており、原水に含まれるスケール成分の少なくとも一部を除去して除スケール水を生成するスケール成分除去手段(5)と、前記除スケール水を被処理水として、高温蒸発缶群(2a)を構成する各蒸発缶(20)の伝熱管(221)に供給する除スケール水供給手段(6)と、原水を被処理水として、低温蒸発缶群(2b)を構成する各蒸発缶(20)の伝熱管(221)に供給する原水供給手段(7)とを備える造水装置(1)。
