Abstract

 表面処理をしていない基材に対しても良好に密着し優れた耐擦傷性を示し、低屈折率、低ヘイズ、高透過率を有する反射防止被膜形成用塗布液、該塗布液の製造方法、該塗布液を用いて得られる硬化膜及び反射防止膜、及び該硬化膜を有する反射防止基材を提供する。  ポリシロキサン(a)の主鎖に対し、シロキサン結合を介してメルカプト基を有する有機基が結合したポリシロキサン(A)を含有することを特徴とする反射防止被膜形成用塗布液。
