Abstract

 本発明は、その内部を液体が移動する流路部位を有する基板であって、流路部位にチャンバ同士をつなぐマイクロ流路がなくても、基板の回転速度に応じて段階的に、ある領域から次の領域へ溶液が移動できる基板に関する。本発明の基板は、回転軸を中心に回転可能であり、その内部に形成された、チャンバを含む流路部位を有する。前記チャンバの内壁は、前記中心からの遠心方向と交差する面を含む第1内部面;および前記第1内部面よりも前記中心から遠い位置に配置され、かつ前記中心からの遠心方向と交差する面を含む第2内部面を有する。さらに、前記第1内部面は、提供される液体の液滴を保持する領域;および前記基板の回転により、前記保持された液滴の接触面積が拡がる領域であって、前記第2内部面と連なっている領域を有する。
