Abstract

ＥＣＵとモータとが近接配置されている場合でも、モータからＥＣＵに伝達される振動を適切に抑制することができる電動パワーステアリング装置を提供する。減速ギヤボックス４に、制御基板２５とパワーモジュール基板２３と保護カバー２６とを少なくとも含む制御ユニット１９が装着されており、パワーモジュール基板２３が減速ギヤボックス４の制御ユニット装着面２０ａに直接装着され、制御ユニット１９に電動モータ５の接続端子が電気的に直接接続されている。そして、保護カバー２６の最大面積を有する面に、電動モータ５からの振動によって制御ユニット１９が共振するのを防止する防振機構としての防振部材２６ａが取り付けられている。
