Abstract

 フッ素含有排水中のフッ素を高度に除去するとともに、比較的簡素な構造の沈殿槽によりSSの少ない処理水と高濃度の汚泥を得るフッ素含有排水の処理装置。フッ素含有排水とカルシウム化合物を添加した汚泥とを導入してフッ素とカルシウム化合物とを反応させる反応槽1と、該反応槽1の反応液に高分子凝集剤を添加する凝集槽2と、凝集処理水を固液分離する沈殿槽3と、分離された汚泥の一部にカルシウム化合物注入管4bから添加して反応槽1に返送する混合槽4とを備えている。沈殿槽4は、中央にフィードウェル10を備え、内周壁面に傾斜板13を備えている。
