Abstract

除草剤L－AMPBの製造中間体であるN－置換－２－アミノ－４－（置換オキシメチルホスフィニル）－２－ブテン酸エステルを短工程で効率よく製造する方法。該製造方法は、次式（１） ［化１］ ［式中、Ｒ１は、Ｃ１－４アルキル基を表す］で表される化合物を塩基の存在下、次式（２） ［化２］ ［式中、Ｒ２、Ｒ２'、Ｒ３は、Ｃ１－４アルキル基を表し、Ｒ４は、ベンジルオキシカルボニル基を表す］で表される化合物と反応させることを含む。
