Abstract

情報発信装置に、エリアごとの交通ルールに沿って車両走行を制御するための車両運動制御情報を記憶させ、記憶させた車両運動制御情報を情報発信装置から発信し、それによって制御エリアを形成し、制御エリアに進行した車両が、当該制御エリアに進入したことに基づき、車両運動制御情報を受信し、受信した車両運行制御情報によって、車両の原動部及び／又は機構部（駆動部を含む）を制御せしめ、よって、当該制御エリアに進入した車両を制御エリアごとの交通ルール下に制御する。
