Abstract

 本発明は、カーボンナノチューブ集合体10mg、ポリスチレンスルホン酸ナトリウム30mgおよび水10mLの混合物を超音波ホモジナイザー処理し、続いて20000Gにて遠心処理した後、上清9mLをサンプリングした時に、上清中のカーボンナノチューブ集合体の含有量が0.6mg/mL以上となるカーボンナノチューブ集合体である。本発明のカーボンナノチューブ集合体は、分散性に極めて優れることにより、高濃度のカーボンナノチューブ集合体の分散体を与え得る。
