Abstract

 長期にわたって、異臭の発生および親水性の低下を防止できる熱交換器用フィン 材を提供する。  基板2と、下地処理層3と、膜厚0.1~10μmの疎水性塗膜層4と、膜 厚0.1~10μmの親水性塗膜層5とを備える熱交換器用アルミニウムフィン材1において、疎水性塗膜層4は、ウレタン系樹脂、エポキシ系樹脂、ポリエステル系樹脂およびポリアクリル酸系樹脂のうちの少なくとも1種の疎水性樹脂からなり、親水性塗膜層5は、スルホン酸基またはスルホン酸基誘導体を含有し、かつ、カルボキシル基、カルボキシル基誘導体、水酸基および水酸基誘導体のうちの少なくとも1種を含有する親水性樹脂からなり、高周波グロー放電発光分光分析で膜厚方向に測定されたSの存在比率が1~5原子%、かつ、Oの存在比率が10~35原子%であり、疎水性塗膜層4および親水性塗膜層5の不純物の合計量が1質量%以下であることを特徴とする。
