Description
第6の発明は、第1乃至第5の何れか1つの発明において、前記表面層の膜厚が、1μm以下であることを特徴とする熱交換器である。
次に、本実施例に係る鋼材被覆層10Bの灰、煤などの付着低減効果、耐腐食性について検討した結果を示す。試験例1は、素地(金属板)に対して、本実施例に係る鋼材被覆層10Bの表面層12としてフッ素系樹脂組成物(フロロサーフ、フロロテクノロジー社製)を用い、バインダー層21としてフッ素系樹脂組成物(TGA、アポロリンク社製)を用いた試験片の場合における灰、煤の付着性、素地の腐食性を求めた試験結果であり、比較例1は、素地のみを試験片に用いた場合における灰、煤などの付着性、素地の腐食性を求めた試験結果である。
灰、煤などの付着性は、試験片に付着させたフライアッシュ塊の剥離力として求めた。また、素地の腐食性は、pH2の硫酸水溶液中に浸漬し、腐食が発生するまでの時間として求めた。
試験例1、比較例1の試験結果を表1に示す。なお、本試験例では、灰、煤の付着性は、比較例1において素地に付着した灰、煤の付着量を1とした場合の相対比として表し、耐腐食性は、比較例1における素地の腐食具合を1とした場合の相対比として表した。

Claims (6)
- シリコーン系樹脂組成物及びフッ素系樹脂組成物からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種で排ガスの流れ方向に対して複数段配置された伝熱管の表面にそれぞれ形成される表面層と、前記伝熱管と前記表面層との間に形成され、シランカップリング剤及びSi−O構造からなるガラスコーティング剤からなる群から選択された少なくとも1種からなるバインダー層とを有することを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項1において、
前記バインダー層の膜厚が、5μm以上100μm以下であることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項2において、
前記バインダー層と前記表面層との膜厚が、10μm以下であることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1乃至3の何れか1つにおいて、
前記表面層は、(CH4)3−Si−構造、F3C−構造、又はシランカップリング反応基の少なくとも何れか1つを有することを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1乃至4の何れか1つにおいて、
前記表面層は、膜厚が10nm以上1μm以下の単分子膜からなることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1乃至5の何れか1つにおいて、
前記表面層の膜厚が、1μm以下であることを特徴とする熱交換器。
