Abstract

　トレッド踏面部１０ａに、タイヤ周方向に延びる複数の周方向主溝１１が形成され、これらの周方向主溝１１により複数の陸部列１４が区画された空気入りタイヤ１０であって、複数の陸部列１４のうちの少なくとも一つにおいてタイヤ赤道部ＣＬを回避した位置に、タイヤ周方向に延在するとともに、周方向主溝１１よりも幅が狭く、かつ深さが浅い周方向副溝１５が形成され、この周方向副溝１５を画成する両側面１５ａ、１５ｂのうち、タイヤ赤道部ＣＬ側の一方の側面１５ａは、トレッド踏面部１０ａの法線方向に沿って延在、若しくは前記法線方向に対してタイヤ赤道部ＣＬ側に５°以下傾き、反タイヤ赤道部側の他方の側面１５ｂは、前記法線方向に対して反タイヤ赤道部側に１０°以上３０°以下傾いている。本発明に拠れば、ドライ路面上を走行した時の操縦安定性や静粛性を低下させることなく、雪道での旋回性能を向上させることが可能である。
