Abstract

 本発明は、カーボンナノチューブ及びカーボンナノチューブ集合体を低温度で高結晶化できる工業的生産に適した方法を提供することを課題とする。本発明のカーボンナノチューブ又はカーボンナノチューブ集合体の改質方法は、カーボンナノチューブ又はカーボンナノチューブ集合体を、芳香族化合物を含有する溶液に接触させる第1工程、及び第1工程で得られたカーボンナノチューブ又はカーボンナノチューブ集合体を100~400°Cで加熱処理する第2工程を備える。
