Abstract
L'invention concerne un palettiseur automatique de couvercles enveloppés dans un film thermorétractable ou emballés dans du papier, conçu tout particulièrement pour les couvercles métalliques, tels que ceux utilisés pour fermer les canettes de bière. Ce palettiseur automatique comprend une paire de panneaux latéraux (4) et verticaux, ainsi qu'une paire de bobines (7) de distribution de maille en plastique ou de tout autre matériau servant à envelopper la charge de la palette (3). Le palettiseur se caractérise en ce qu'il comprend un portique (8) pourvu d'une paire de guides longitudinaux (10) pour le déplacement d'un chariot (11) et d'un patin (13) sur lequel se déplace une pince de fixation (15) pour les cartouches (6) de couvercles, ladite pince étant équipée de moyens de rotation sur elle-même. La pince (15) est conçue pour saisir les cartouches de couvercles à n'importe quel endroit du palettiseur où se trouve le plateau d'alimentation (9) et pour les déplacer vers n'importe quel endroit de la palette (3) logée à l'intérieur du palettiseur.
