Abstract

Es wird ein Imprägnierer zum Versetzen einer nicht- oder schwachgashaltigen Flüssigkeit (F) mit Gas (G), insbesondere zum Versetzen von einem nicht oder schwachperlenden bzw. CO2-haltigen Biervorprodukt mit CO2, vorgeschlagen, mit einer insbesondere rohrförmigen Mischzelle (1), welche bis auf einen einmündenden Flüssigkeitszulauf (6), einen einmündenden Gaszulauf (3) und einen Ablauf (7) gegen die Umgebung abgeschottet ist, wobei in der Mischzelle (1) zumindest ein Imprägnierkörper (11, 13, 15; 213; 513) so angeordnet ist, dass der Durchlauf der Flüssigkeit (F) und des Gases (G) durch die Mischzelle (1) zwangsweise durch den Imprägnierkörper (11, 13, 15) hindurch erfolgen muss. Der Imprägnierer zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass in der Mischzelle (1) zumindest ein Imprägnierkörper (11, 13, 15) angeordnet ist, der aus einem porösen Festkörper besteht, nämlich aus einem Schaumstoff, einem Schwamm, einem Hohlfasermodul oder einem Sintermaterial.
