Cette structure présente une section de toit en tôle, constituée d'une section de toit avant et d'une section de toit arrière (7) accouplée à la section de toit avant, ainsi qu'une partie arrière (2) pourvue d'un montant de carrosserie arrière (3) accouplé à une section de toit arrière (7), d'un hayon arrière (4) en plusieurs parties accouplé à la section de toit arrière (7), lequel hayon arrière présente au moins une zone de hayon supérieure (4a) accouplée à la zone arrière de la section de toit arrière (7), une zone de hayon centrale (4b) accouplée à la zone de hayon supérieure (4a) et une zone de hayon inférieure (4c) accouplée à la zone de hayon centrale (4b), et d'une zone de stockage accessible de l'extérieur, la section de toit arrière (7) se terminant en affleurement avec une zone arrière de la section de toit avant dans une première position fermée. Selon la présente invention, ladite structure présente également des moyens servant à rabattre au moins des sections de la partie arrière (2) et de la section de toit arrière (7) à l'état accouplé, afin de garantir une structure arrière de toit escamotable (1) en laissant une zone de stockage accessible.
