Abstract

 スチールコードからなる0度ベルト層を有する重荷重用偏平空気入りラジアルタイヤの耐久性を向上した重荷重用偏平空気入りラジアルタイヤに関する。カース層4の外周に複数プライのスチールコードベルト層6を配置した空気入りラジアルタイヤであって、そのスチールコードベルト層6が、タイヤ周方向に対するコード角度が実質的0度である少なくとも1プライの0度ベルト層7と、タイヤ周方向に対するコード角度が45~65度の範囲の実質的平衡角度からなる少なくとも2プライのバイアスベルト層8とから構成される。金型内で加硫成形したタイヤを該金型から離型して高温の間にリム組みしてインフレートし、そのインフレート状態下に常温まで冷却することにより製造される。
