Abstract

Ein schrankförmiges Möbel mit einer Faltklappe (2) mit zwei übereinander angeordneten Teilklappen (3, 4). Die obere Teilklappe (3) ist schwenkbar am Möbelkorpus (1) angelenkt und die untere Teilklappe (4) schwenkbar an der oberen Teilklappe (3). Die Drehachse (13) zwischen den beiden Teilklappen (3, 4) liegt im Bereich der Wandstärke (5) der Teilklappen (3, 4). Der Abstand des Momentanpols (20) der unteren Teilklappe (4) von der unteren Kante (16) der unteren Klappe (4) beträgt bei geschlossener Faltklappe (2) mindestens 25 % der Höhe (h) der unteren Teilklappe (4).

Description

Schrankförmiges Möbel
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein schrankförmiges Möbel mit einer Faltklappe mit zwei übereinander angeordneten, zumindest im Wesentlichen gleich hohen Teilklappen, wobei die obere Teilklappe schwenkbar am Möbelkorpus angelenkt ist und die untere Teilklappe schwenkbar an der oberen Teilklappe.
Weiters bezieht sich die Erfindung auf ein schrankförmiges Möbel mit einer Faltklappe mit zwei übereinander angeordneten, zumindest im Wesentlichen gleich hohen Teilklappen, wobei die obere Teilklappe schwenkbar am Möbelkorpus angelenkt ist und die untere Teilklappe schwenkbar an der oberen Teilklappe, mit einem an einer Möbelseitenwand gelagerten Stellarm, der über eine Drehachse mit der unteren Teilklappe verbunden ist, sowie mit einer an der unteren Teilklappe vorgesehenen Handhabe zum Öffnen der Faltklappe.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein schrankartiges Möbel der eingangs erwähnten Art dahingehend zu verbessern, dass das Hochklappen der Faltklappe erleichtert wird.
Die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass die Drehachse zwischen den beiden Teilklappen im Bereich der Wandstärke lediglich einer der beiden Teilklappen liegt.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Handhabe unterhalb der Drehachse liegt, die den Stellarm mit der unteren Teilklappe verbindet und dass die Handhabe von der unteren Kante der unteren Teilklappe gebildet wird.
Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Figuren der beiliegenden Zeichnungen beschrieben. Es zeigen:
die Fig. 1 ein Schaubild eines Möbels mit geöffneter Faltklappe, die Fig. 2 ein Schaubild eines Möbels mit geschlossener Faltklappe, die Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht eines Möbels mit zwei Teilklappen in der geschlossenen
Stellung, die Fig. 4 den Ausschnitt A der Fig. 3, die Fig. 5 eine schematisch gehaltene Seitenansicht eines Möbels mit geöffneten Teilklappen und die Fig. 6 den Ausschnitt A der Fig. 5. Die Figuren der Zeichnungen zeigen jeweils einen Schrank mit einem Möbelkorpus 1 , dessen Front von einer Faltklappe 2 abgedeckt wird. Die Faltklappe 2 besteht aus zwei Teilklappen 3,4. Die obere Teilklappe 3 ist am Oberboden 5 des Möbelkorpusses 1 mittels Scharnieren 18 befestigt, die untere Teilklappe 4 an der oberen Teilklappe 3. Die untere Teilklappe 4 ist nahe ihrem unteren Rand, und zwar bei der Achse 14 an Stellarmen 6 von Möbelstellern 7, die an den Möbelseitenwänden 8 montiert sind, angelenkt. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Teilklappen 3,4 mittels Scharnieren 9 miteinander verbunden.
Die Scharniere 9 sind als Einachsscharniere ausgeführt und weisen in herkömmlicher Weise einen Scharnierarm 10 und einen Scharniertopf 11 auf. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Scharniertopf 11 in die obere Teilklappe 3 eingesetzt und der Scharnierarm 10 auf der unteren Teilklappe 4 montiert. Es wäre genauso gut die umgekehrte Anordnung möglich.
Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist am Scharnierarm 10 ein Sockel 12 ausgebildet, der bei geschlossener Faltklappe 2 an der oberen Teilklappe 3 anliegt. Der Sockel 12 verhindert, dass die Teilklappen 3, 4 bei geschlossener Faltklappe 2 nach innen knicken.
Die Achse 13 des Schamieres, die die Drehachse für die beiden Teilklappen 3, 4 bildet, liegt im Bereich der Wandstärke S der Teilklappen 3, 4, d.h. sie befindet sich innerhalb der Teilklappe 3. Nahe bei der unteren Kante 16 der unteren Teilklappe 4 ist ein Griff 15 befestigt, der eine Handhabe zum Öffnen der Faltklappe 2 bildet. Die Handhabe zum Öffnen der Faltklappe 2 könnte auch direkt von der unteren Kante 16 gebildet werden, wobei die untere Teilklappe 4 über den Unterboden 17 des Möbelkorpusses 1 hinausragen müsste.

Claims

Patentansprüche:
1. Schrankförmiges Möbel mit einer Faltklappe mit zwei übereinander angeordneten, zumindest im Wesentlichen gleich hohen Teilklappen, wobei die obere Teilklappe schwenkbar am Möbelkorpus angelenkt ist und die untere Teilklappe schwenkbar an der oberen Teilklappe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehachse (13) zwischen den beiden Teilklappen (3, 4) im Bereich der Wandstärke (5) lediglich einer der beiden Teilklappen (3, 4) liegt.
2. Schrankförmiges Möbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den beiden Teilklappen (3, 4) mindestens ein Scharnier (9) mit einem Scharnierarm (10) und einem Scharniertopf (11) angeordnet ist, wobei der Scharnierarm (10) an der einen Teilklappe (4) angeordnet ist und der Scharniertopf (11) in die andere Teilklappe (3) eingesetzt ist.
3. Schrankförmiges Möbel mit einer Faltklappe mit zwei übereinander angeordneten, zumindest im Wesentlichen gleich hohen Teilklappen, wobei die obere Teilklappe schwenkbar am Möbelkorpus angelenkt ist und die untere Teilklappe schwenkbar an der oberen Teilklappe, mit einem an einer Möbelseitenwand gelagerten Stellarm, der über eine Drehachse mit der unteren Teilklappe verbunden ist, sowie mit einer an der unteren Teilklappe vorgesehenen Handhabe zum Öffnen der Faltklappe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handhabe unterhalb der Drehachse (14) liegt, die den Stellarm (6) mit der unteren Teilklappe (4) verbindet und dass die Handhabe von der unteren Kante (16) der unteren Teilklappe (4) gebildet wird.
