Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft Messvorrichtung und ein Messverfahren zur definierten Belastungsuntersuchung der Unterschenkelmuskulatur in der Kernspintomographie. Die hier vorgestellte Messvorrichtung weist eine Widerstandseinrichtung zur Abgabe der von einem Probanden zu verrichtender Arbeit, eine dynamische Kernspintomographieeinheit, eine für die Durchblutungsmessung geeignete Auswertungssoftware (DynaVision©),eine für die Registrierung definierter Muskelarbeit geeignete Auswertungssoftware (win-Digi©) sowie eine der Statistik-Software SPSS für Windows auf. Den Kern der Erfindung bildet eine Widerstandseinrichtung (Fig.l-3), welche zur Abgabe und Standardisierung der vom Patienten zu verrichtender Muskelarbeit dient.
