Abstract
L'invention concerne un scalpel chirurgical pour opérations plastiques, qui comprend un organe de coupe (1) se présentant comme un fil à brins multiples ayant un diamètre entre 0,2 et 0,5 mm, réalisé par torsion à partir de plusieurs fils d'acier flexibles particulièrement fins, et une aiguille (2) avec une pointe (3) à trois facettes, faite de préférence sur 1/4 de sa longueur, qui est égale ou supérieure à 60 mm. L'organe de coupe du scalpel a de préférence une longueur de 30 à 50 mm. L'aiguille munie d'une pointe à trois facettes permet de perforer facilement la peau et de traverser les tissus sous-cutanés en ne perturbant que faiblement les vaisseaux et les nerfs. Le fil à brins multiples de l'organe de coupe empêche la formation de boucles aux endroits où il pénètre dans la peau ou en sort, et il ne subit aucune torsion. Dans le procédé de l'invention, on perce la peau (4) avec l'aiguille (2) du scalpel jusqu'à une profondeur déterminée; on atteint le tissu adipeux sous-cutané (5) puis on tourne l'aiguille jusqu'à ce qu'elle atteigne le point (6) de la première pénétration dans la peau, et l'on sépare le tissu en couches avec des mouvements glissants et coulants de manière à former un lambeau de peau et de tissu adipeux destiné à être transplanté à l'endroit affecté du patient. L'exécution de l'opération au moyen du procédé décrit dans l'invention permet de réduire le degré de traumatisme de l'opération et le saignement des vaisseaux.
