Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Trennvorrichtung und ein Trennverfahren für biomolekulares Probenmaterial, insbesondere Proteingemische. Hierfür ist ein Trennelement (10) zur zweidimensionalen vorzugsweise elektrophoretischen Separation von Komponenten des Probenmaterials im Bereich (30) einer Trennebene vorgesehen. Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Trennelement (10) eine Kanal- oder Transferstruktur (14) zum ortsaufgelösten Ausschleusen von separierten Probenkomponenten in einer quer zu der Trennebene verlaufenden Transportrichtung auf eine für massenspektroskopische Untersuchungen geeignete Trägerfläche (16) aufweist.
