これに対して本願発明は、「太さがストレート又は先端先細りのテーパ 一状」 (明細書 8頁 7〜8行) と補正したので、相違は明らかである。 2 . 引例 2 (W098/38258A) は、 フッ素樹脂被膜と粒子状物質とは一 体化焼成されていない。 このことは、 6頁 2 0〜2 4行、 請求項 8、 全 実施例の焼成温度は最高でも 3 2 0 °Cであり、 PTFEの融点 (327°C)以下 であることからも明らかである。 .
これに対して本願発明は、 1 4頁 5〜 6行その他の記載を根拠に 「一 体化焼成」 したので、 「凸状部は滑らかな突起に形成されているため、 力 テーテルとガイドワイヤーとの摩擦抵抗を低減させることができ、 カテ —テルの体内挿入の操作が容易になる。」 ( 1 4頁 6〜 8行)。
3 . 以上から本願発明には新規性も進歩性もあると信ずる。
