发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种易于携带、 使用安全、 便于清洁、 刀具不易 生锈的安全刀套。

上述的安全刀套, 其特点为: 所述限位件下端为楔形。
上迷的安全刀套, 其特点为: 所述限位凹槽由一定位玦与一带有楔面的导 向块组成, 所述定位玦位于刀托下部与套壳端口对应处, 所述带有楔面的 导向块位于所述刀托下部的中端。
上述的安全刀套, 其特点为: 所述套壳后部设置有半圆形缺口, 所迷 半圆形缺口设置在套壳端口中部。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明是如下方式实施的:
如图 1 所示, 本发明包括套壳 1、 刀托 2及推钮 3, 套壳 1端口处没 置有推扭 3, 在推钮 3下部连接有一限位件 4, 限位件 4下端为楔形, 刀托 2与限位件 4相对的一侧下部设有一限位凹槽 6, 限位凹槽 6由一定位块 7 与一带有楔面的导向块 8组成, 定位块 7位于刀托 2下部端口处, 带有楔 面的导向块 8位于刀托 2下部的中端; 刀托 2顶部具有一限位凸起 10, 套 壳 1 内顶部设有一与刀托 2顶部限位凸起 10相对应的限位凹道 9; 推钮 3 上部连接一复位弹簧 5, 复位弹簧 5的另一端固定在套壳 1 内的上端; 在 刀托 2背面与套壳中部下端相接的位置上粘有一梯形片 21 , 梯形片 21的 下侧设有复位弹簧 51, 复位弹簧 51 —端固定在所迷套壳内的下端, 另一 端固定在套壳 1 内侧; 套壳 1上还设有通孔 12。
如图 2所示, 套壳 1前端处设有一排长奈形通孔 12, 经清洗后的刀具 放入刀套内, 可及时疏干清洁刀具时未甩开的水, 使刀具通风通气, 防止 刀具锈蚀。
如图 3、 图 4所示, 将推钮 3向上推, 推钮 3带动限位件 4上移, 使 限位件 4移出限位凹槽 6,刀托 2随之移出至套壳 1的端口处,此时刀托 2 顶部的限位凸起 10沿套壳 1顶部限位凹道 9移动, 卡在套壳 1的上端口 处, 限位件 4卡在套壳 1的下端口处, 使刀托 2不会从套壳 1 中脱出; 刀托 2上的梯形片 21随刀托 2移动而移动, 当刀托 2抽出套壳 1时, 梯形片 21下压复位弹簧 51, 梯形片 21随复位弹簧 51的未端倾斜, 刀托 2贴著套壳 1底部因倾斜而滑出, 使刀刃脱离刀套;
将刀具取出后, 将刀托 2推回套壳 1 内, 此时限位件 4沿著带有楔面 的导向玦 8的斜面移动,移动至限位凹槽 6处限位件 4落入限位凹槽 6内, 刀托 2复位。
当刀具需^刀套时, 拉出刀托 2, 此时梯形片 21也随著刀托 2的移 动方向移动, 将刀具波入刀托 2内推入, 刀托 2连梯形片 21—起随时弹簧 51滑入, 促使刀具安全进入套壳 1 中。
