Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an electronic bulletin board system that provides an incentive to a user who has many writers.
  • the first method is a method in which the customer answers the questionnaire sheet prepared in advance and collects the sheet.
  • the second method is to create a home page for store advertisement and provide an answer page in it.
  • the third method is to entrust the investigation to a third party organization.
  • the first method is to set up a written opinion box inside the store, place it along with the questionnaire created in advance, and fill out the questionnaire on the questionnaire, put it in the written opinion box, and collect it later. It is a thing.
  • the store side grasps the needs of the customer from the collected response results and obtains hints for service improvement.
  • the second method is to set up an advertising website for the store, and to provide an annex within it.
  • the questionnaire question content is fixed in advance, a form is created, the customer accesses and answers the question content of each questionnaire, and when the submit button provided on the questionnaire page is selected in advance, the store's electronic mail format It is configured to send to mail address.
  • the shop side is configured to collect the results of surveys by browsing the mailbox on the shop's e-mail terminal. There is no need to print or collect questionnaires.
  • the store side grasps the needs of the customer from the collected response results and obtains hints for service improvement.
  • the third method is to entrust the investigation to a third party organization.
  • Example as a third party organization For example, if you ask a market research company, the market research company recruits monitors for the store and makes the stores' services available. After that, questionnaires and interviews are conducted on each monitor to collect, analyze and report to the store. The store side obtains the survey results from the market research company as ready-to-use data.
  • the merit of the first method is that it is often possible to obtain valuable opinions because it is possible to give a glance at unspecified customers.
  • the problem of the first method is that the merits of answering to the respondent are small.
  • the shop side can improve and the customer can receive better service, but the direct merit is not obtained to the customer side.
  • the percentage of customer responses that are dissatisfied with the store service will increase. This makes it difficult to obtain store service strength information. Therefore, as a method of returning Meritsu's bribe to customers, a method of offering gifts or the like to customers may be considered.
  • a gift is to be provided later, it will be necessary to include the customer's name and address on the questionnaire. In this case, since the anonymity of the questionnaire respondents is lost, it becomes difficult to obtain critical information, and the number of respondents also decreases, which lowers the significance of the questionnaire.
  • the advantage of the second approach is that the cost of creating, distributing and collecting questionnaires is almost zero.
  • the problem of the second method is the use of a questionnaire form, and when using a form that only answers with fixed questions, only the opinions that are in the form are collected It will be difficult to narrow down the points.
  • the customer's name and address information will be needed, and the anonymity in the questionnaire will be lost, and it will have the same problem as the first method. It will be.
  • the bulletin board is opened and a questionnaire is conducted, if the bulletin board is simply opened, the number of writings does not increase, and there is also the possibility that the bulletin board may be damaged, which is a malicious mischief.
  • anonymous customer writings did not contact the store and were unable to offer thanks or giveaways.
  • the merit of the third method is that it is a survey by a specialist and therefore results are reasonable.
  • the problem with the third method is that the question is only asked to the market research company that they were exposed to the market research company, so there is the possibility of being overlooked if there are other problems.
  • Another point is that monitors are only related to market research companies and there is no relationship between monitors.
