Abstract

Ein Glas (1), versehen mit einer porösen Antireflex-Oberflächenbeschichtung (2) auf Basis von SiO2-Partikeln, soll einerseits im Hinblick auf einen hohen Transmisionsgrad von Licht im gesamten solaren Spektrum besonders gute optische Eigenschaften und andererseits eine besonders hohe mechanische Festigkeit, insbesondere eine besonders hohe mechanische Abriebfestigkeit, aufweisen. Dazu weist die Antireflex-Oberflächenbeschichtung (2) auf Basis von SiO2-Partikeln erfindungsgemäss zumindest zwei Partikelfraktionen auf, die sich in ihrer charakteristischen Partikelgrösse voneinander unterscheiden. Zur Herstellung eines derartig beschichteten Glases (1) wird ein Glassubstrat (4) mit einem Hybridsol beschichtet, dessen [SiOx(OH)y]n-Partikel eine erste Fraktion von Partikeln mit einer ersten Teilchengrösse und eine zweite Fraktion von Partikeln mit einer zweiten Teilchengrösse umfassen.
