  • Step S11 Subsequently, the distribution request reception processing section 321 analyzes the content of the user's request, acquires the code or emotion tag of the content data requested by the user, and determines the quality. I do. Specifically, when the user makes an explicit request, a code for the content data related to the request is obtained. When the user makes an implicit request, the content data code corresponding to the result of the analysis of the request is obtained. Further, when the user uses the emotion tag, the user obtains the code of the content data corresponding to the attribute tag by referring to the attribute data 312.
  • Quality decisions are made based on payment and quality information. For example, if the fee is low, remove the bit or screen, and change the compression method as needed. If the fee is high, the content data is not processed and is left as it is.
  • Step S 1 2 Subsequently, the data search processing section 3 2 2 searches the content data base 3 1 1 based on the content data code acquired by the distribution request reception processing section 3 2 1 described above. I do.
  • Step S13 Subsequently, the data search processing section 322 determines whether or not the content database 311 has a corresponding content database. Step S14: Here, if there is no corresponding content data (step S13: NO), this is output as a report and the user is notified.
  • Step S15 Also, if there is the corresponding content data (step S13: YES), the data processing part 3 23, based on the analysis result in the above step S11, The quality of the content data retrieved in step S12 is processed. At this time, if necessary, a process of selecting and combining a plurality of corresponding content data is also performed.
  • Step S16 Subsequently, the rights protection processing section 3 2 4 performs electronic processing necessary for the protection and management of rights such as copyrights and adjacent rights to the content that has been processed in quality. Specifically, protection (guide) processing to prevent unauthorized duplication is performed.

  • the copyright holder of the copyrighted work (the source of the content data) sends the content from the server 200 to the data distribution system 311 of the data distribution system 300, as described below. • Step S20 In registering the content data, the content registration processing section 330 requests the copyright holder of the copyrighted work, that is, the data supplier, to set permission conditions, which are conditions for permitting distribution. I do. Specifically, we will ask for answers for each item such as data usage, media, compression / encoding method, expiration date, copy conditions, transmission route, and whether or not to create a database. Evaluate the degree of matching with the content represented by the emotion tag of 1 and 2. Specifically, for each user, information indicating the degree of matching (hereinafter referred to as “matching information”) is acquired and stored. Then, statistical processing is performed on the accumulated matching information of a plurality of users, and the contents of the common attribute data 3 1 2 determined unilaterally by the logic of the data supply source, and Understand the discrepancies between the emotions actually held by the user.
