Abstract

Lift, comprising a column construction (4) provided at one side of the lift shaft (3), a lift cable, a lift motor (8) with a traction sheave for the drive, a lift cage (6), a fixed guide in the lift shaft along which the lift cage is movable in the vertical direction, and a counterweight (10), which lift cage and which counterweight are movable by means of a driving of the cable in the vertical direction, while the lift cage at the bottom side is provided with one or more guide elements (13, 14) in which the cable is guided, in such a way, that the lift cage is supported by the cable by means of the guide elements and is movable with respect to the cable.

Description

Lift.
The present invention relates to a lift, comprising a column construction provided at one side of the lift shaft, a lift cable, a lift motor with a traction sheave for the drive, a lift cage, a fixed guide in the lift shaft along which the lift cage is movable in the vertical direction, and a counterweight, which lift cage and which counterweight are movable by means of a driving of the cable in the vertical direction.
Such a lift is generally known.
With the known lift, with at one side of the shaft a column construction, one end of the cable is connected to the lift cage and the other end is connected to the counterweight.
Also is known a construction where the cable is guided underneath the lift cage and whereby the lift cage is guided by means of fixed guides disposed opposite each other in the lift shaft.
The invention aims to provide an improved lift.
The lift according to the invention to that end is characterized, in that the lift cage at the bottom side is provided with one or more guide elements in which the cable is guided, in such a way, that the lift cage is supported by the cable through/by means of the guide elements and is movable with respect to the cable.
According to a further characteristic of the lift according to the invention the guide elements on the bottom side of the cage are provided on at least two positions located at a distance from each other.
According to another characteristic of the lift according to the invention, two guide elements are mounted in such a way, that the cable guided therein runs diagonal along the bottom side of the lift cage. According to yet another characteristic of the lift according to the invention the counterweight is provided with one or more guide elements in which the cable is guided, in such a way, that the counterweight is carried or supported by the cable along the guide elements and is movable with respect to the cable.
The invention will now be described further with reference to the drawings of an example of an embodiment.
Figure 1 shows schematically a front view of the lift according to the invention. Figure 2 shows schematically a side view of the lift according to the invention.
As is shown in figure 2 the lift 1 comprises a shaft construction 2 with a lift shaft 3 and a column construction 4 provided on one side of the lift shaft. Further there are provided a fixed guide 5 in the lift shaft 3 along which the lift cage 6 is movable in the vertical direction, a lift cable 7, a lift motor 8 with a traction sheave 9 for the drive, and a counterweight 10. As is shown in the figure, the lift cage 6 at the bottom side 11 is provided with one or more guide elements 12, in this example of an embodiment two pulleys 13 and 14.
The pulleys 13, 14 are in this example of an embodiment provided diagonal on the bottom side 11 of the lift cage 6, as can be seen in figure 1. A pulley 13 is provided at a corner A of the lift cage 6 and a pulley 14 is provided at the corner B which is located diagonal with respect to the corner A of the lift cage 6. The cable 7 guided along the pulleys 13, 14 runs diagonal along the bottom side 11 of the lift cage 6. The lift cage 6 is carried or supported by the cable 7 through the pulleys 13, 14. The lift cage 6 is movable with respect to the cable.
The counterweight 10 is provided with a guide element 15, over which guide element 15 the cable 7 is guided, in such a way, that the counterweight 10 along the guide element 15 is carried or supported by the cable 7 and is movable with respect to the cable 7.
The lift motor 8 is provided at one side of the lift shaft 3 on the column construction 4, while the counterweight 10 in the column construction 4 is guided by means of pulleys. As is further shown in the figures, one end 16 of the cable 7 is fixedly connected to the column construction at the location of the cable connection 17, while one end 18 is fixedly connected to the shaft construction at the location of the cable connection 19. The counterweight 10 is supported in the cable 7 on the one side of the lift motor 8 and the traction sheave 9, and the lift cage 6 is supported in the cable 7 on the other side of the lift motor 8 and the traction sheave 9. By means of the driving of the cable by the lift motor 8 the lift cage 6 and the counterweight 10 move in vertical directions.
With the invention an improved manner of supporting of the lift cage is obtained, by which it is possible to use a fixed guide at just one side of the cage and to leave out a fixed guide on the opposite side.
Thereby the drive device is mounted in the shaft on the column construction while the counterweight is guided by means of pulleys in the column construction.
