Abstract

System for cleaning exhaust gases comprising a plurality of elements: e.g. a filter, an absorption chamber, and a heat exchanger.

Description

SYSTEM FOR CLEANING EXHAUST GASES
TECHNICAL FIELD RELATING TO THE INVENTION
THE SYSTEMS FOR ABSORPTION OF EXHAUSTED GASES is the invention in the field of cleaning of exhausted gases that are produced as the product of controlled combustion. The main characteristic of the systems is absorption of all dirt and gases that are produced during technical-technological processes of combusting at the cars and factories, energetic buildings, heating buildings, houses etc.
TECHNICAL PROBLEM RESOLVED WITH THE PATENT
Technical problem that is resolved with the invention is the next: complete transformation of the exhausted gases that are produced during controlled combustion independently of the sources. The noise regarding the cars is at minimum, while at the others there is no necessity for chimneys.
BACKGROUND ART
At the cars, for the purpose of divertion of the gases produced during the combustion of the petrol or oil are used mufflers for the sound (exhaust) where, through the pipes and pots, all dirties are thrown out in the atmosphere, the same is applied at the houses and factories where there are filters that can not keep completely exhausted gases or dirties in those. At the present time only several types of cars are equipped with katalyser that is in function with the particular type of oil (unleaded petrol), while at the cars using diesel, super and regular petrol, katalysers are not useful.
SOLUTION OF THE TECHNICAL PROBLEM
The constructive solution of the TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS OF THE SYSTEMS FOR ABSORPTION OF EXHAUSTED GASES in this invention is consisted of two parts. Through the pipe for divertion, the exhausted gases come into the filters for rough cleaning and deposit of the exhausted dirties as soot, dust, plumb, uncombusted gases and other metals, independently of the way of controlled combustion. With the combined pipe the exhausted gases are entering into the second part of the system where are settled the chambers for separation of gases, cooling, washing and condensing of the water steam from where the clean air exits.
This invention can be described the clearest through the example connected with the additional drawings that contents:
Picture 1 : System for Absorption of the Exhausted Gases in acute angle Picture 2: System for Absorption of the Exhausted Gases in two projections
Picture 3: Filter for Rough Cleaning of the Exhausted Gases
Picture 4: Element for Inserting of the Outside Air
Picture 5: Body with Combined Pipe and Chambers
Picture 6: Element (indicator) for Control of unpolluted of the air that exits of the System
Following the drawing, it is obvious that through the pipe (Pic 1 - position 1) exhausted gases are diverted into the filter for rough cleaning (Pic 1 - position 2) which collected bigger part of the dirt and did deposit of the soot, dust, plumb and other elements, through the pipe for connection of the systems (Pic 1 - position 3) enter into the body of the other part of the system (Pic 1 - position 5) where in the specially constructed pipe with derivation of air (Pic 1 - position 4) the temperature is decreased and the process of fast separation of gases is done for entering into the chambers for absorption, further they go into the washing chamber for the rest part of the dirt mixed with the air. Water steam enters into the chamber for condensation and clean air enters into the system by pipe (Pic 1 - position 6) to the element (indicator) for controlling of unpolluted air (Pic 1 - position 7) through which the control of working of the systems for absorption of exhausted gases can be done any time.
