Abstract

Process for cleaning exhaust gases using a plurality of process steps, e.g. dust filtering, coding, absorption, condensation of steam. The exhaust gases are controlled at the exit.

Description

PROCESS FOR CLEANING EXHAUST GASES
TECHNICAL FIELD RELATING TO THE INVENTION
TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS OF THE SYSTEMS FOR ABSORPTION OF EXHAUSTED GASES is the invention in the field of cleaning of exhausted gases that are produced as the product of controlled combustion The main characteristic of the process is transformation of the exhausted gases that are produced at the cars and factories, energetic buildings, heating buildings, houses etc into the clean air that can be used again as the element of combustion
TECHNICAL PROBLEM RESOLVED WITH THE PATENT
Technical problem that is resolved with the invention is the next complete transformation of the exhausted gases that are produced during controlled combustion into the clean air
BACKGROUND ART
At the cars, for the purpose of divertion of the gases produced during the combustion of the petrol or oil are used mufflers for the sound where, through the pipes and pots, all dirties (soot, plumb, carbon-monoxide and uncombusted gases) are thrown out in the atmosphere, the same is applied at the houses and factories with particular exceptions where there are filters that can not keep completely exhausted gases or dirties in those
SOLUTION OF THE TECHNICAL PROBLEM
The constructive solution of the TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS OF THE SYSTEMS FOR ABSORPTION OF EXHAUSTED GASES in this invention is consisted of several parts
Through the pipe for divertion, the exhausted gases come into the filters for rough cleaning and deposit of the exhausted dirties as soot, dust, plumb uncombusted gases and other metals, independently of the way of controlled combustion With the combined pipe the exhausted gases are cooling, separated and involving into the system where are settled the chambers for absorbing, washing and condensing of the water steam from where the clean air enters This invention can be described clearer through the example connected with the additional drawing that contents
Picture 1 Technological Process of the Systems for Absorbing of the Exhausted Gases
Following the drawing, it is obvious that through the pipe (1 ) exhausted gases are diverted into the filter for rough cleaning (2) which collected bigger part of the dirt and did deposit of the soot, dust, plumb and other elements, where the exhausted gases through the pipe for connection (3) and the system that did divertation of the outside air (4) enter and are mixed in the specially constructed pipe (5 1 ) where are in function the cooling process and the process of fast separation of the gases that divert in chambers for absorption and fine cleaning (5 2 ) of the material that passed through rough filter, further, they go into the washing chamber (5 3 ) and after passing into the chamber for condensation (5 4 ) of the water steam the clean air exits and it is carried into the element for control (indicator) of the unpolluted air (6) that can allow control of the validity of the technological process of the systems for absorption of the exhausted gases at any time
