Abstract

Outil à roder équipé d'ensembles de rodage (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) solidaires d'un élément coulissant. Un bâton dresseur (6) est monté sur une articulation (4). L'axe de rotation (0') de l'articulation (4) se situe sur/dans la pièce à usiner (9). L'articulation (4) a la forme d'une calotte sphérique ou sa surface a une section cylindrique. Le bâton dresseur (6) de forme cuboïde est monté dans un support (5) de ladite articulation cylindrique de telle sorte que l'angle (β) compris entre l'axe long de l'articulation et la tangente du cercle (12) délimité par le centre du bâton dresseur (6) tournant autour de l'axe (0) de l'outil à roder soit compris entre 0° et 90°, c'est-à-dire que 0° <|β|< 90°.
