Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé qui sert à assurer le pesage d'un matériau arrivant en continu et alimentant un élément transporteur avançant en continu sur des poulies et dans lequel l'arrivée du matériau sur l'élément transporteur est temporairement interrompue et le matériau présent sur l'élément transporteur est pesé pendant l'interruption de l'arrivée du matériau, avant que ce matériau, pendant le mouvement continu de l'élément transporteur, atteigne l'extrémité de décharge de ce dernier. Le matériau arrivant en continu alimente l'élément transporteur via un récipient ayant une sortie fermante et servant à recueillir le matériau pendant l'interruption temporaire de l'arrivée de matériau. L'opération de pesage est effectuée au moyen de cellules dynamométriques soutenant l'élément transporteur et l'admission des signaux de mesure provenant des cellules dynamométriques est coordonnée via une unité de commande et de calcul avec l'interruption de l'arrivée du matériau sur le dispositif transporteur.
