DESIGN FOR A WALL-BRACKET.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 35,042, dated September 3, 1901.

Application filed August 6, 1901. Serial No. 71,106. Term of patent 14 years.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, ROSCOE O. BURTON, a citizen of the United States,residing at Schenectady, (Mount Pleasant,) in the county of Schenectady and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a W'all-Bracket, of which the following is a specification.

This invention relates to a new and original design for a wallbracket, and the essential feature resides in the design as illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein- Figure 1 is a perspective View of a wallpocket embodying the features of the design. Fig. 2 is a transverse vertical section of the same.

The numeral 1 designates a flat back having front vertical strips 2 spaced apart from each other in parallel relation and having the front edges formed with a plurality of scallops 3. The side edges of the back are also formed with scallops 4, and at regular vertical distances apart within the space between the strips 2 and the side edges of the back are a series of rests 5 in the shape of quadrants of a circle and have their outer curved edges formed with scallops 6. Secured to the lower portions of the strips 2 at the front and having an upward and outward incline is a strip 7, also having its end and top edges formed with scallops 8. On the upper ends of the strips 2 and the top edge of the back is a horizontal rest 9, having its opposite ends curved and scalloped, as at 10, and depending from the central portion of the said rest 9, between the strips 2, is a scalloped flange 11. Below the rest 9, between the strips 2, is horizontally disposed a second elongated rest 12 with a front doubled scalloped guard 13. A panel let is situated between the strips 2, belowthe rest 12, and has angular devices 15 projecting outwardly from the central portion thereof, and at opposite ends of the panel are outwardly-projecting cushions 16, having a lower substantially rectangular contour and an upper irregular angular shape.

Having thus described the invention, what is claimed as new is- The design for a wall-bracket, as herein 50 shown and described.
