  • the upper cover 5 is the same in external shape and size as the projecting portion 4 C (see FIG. 1 ).
  • the upper cover 5 includes the junctional portion 5 C joined to the projecting portion 4 C; and an outer periphery 5 G covering an annular groove portion 4 M (see FIG. 2 ) formed between the projecting portion 4 C and the vertical wall 4 B (see FIG. 2 ).
  • the upper cover 5 is made conformal to the projecting portion 4 C of the recessed portion 4 after placing the lower end of the junctional portion 5 C in a molten state. Consequently, the upper cover 5 (junctional portion 5 C) and the recessed portion 4 (projecting portion 4 C) are fused to integrate with each other.
  • the first guide path 9 is formed of an upward guide portion 9 A for upwardly moving gases from the second exhaust opening 4 F; a first guide portion 9 B for horizontally moving the gases from the upward guide portion 9 A; and a second guide portion 9 C for downwardly moving the gases from the first guide portion 9 B.
  • the first guide path 9 is adapted to receive the gases from second guide portion 9 C to pass the gases to the second guide path 10 .
  • the guide path 8 includes the upward guide portion 9 A.
  • the embodiment is not limited to this configuration, however.
  • the guide path 8 may exclude the upward guide portion 9 A, and the second exhaust opening 4 F may be provided on the lower surface of the starting end of the first guide portion 9 B in the guiding direction.
