IMPROVEMENT IN SPRING BED-BOTTOMS.
Speoification forming part of Letters Patent No. 171,] 80, dated December 14, 1875; application filed August 13, 1875.
To all whom it may concern V Be it known that I, ALONZO D. SEAMAN, ofMilWaukee, in the county of Milwaukee, in the State of Wisconsin, have invented certain Improvements in Spring Bed Bottoms, of which the following is a specification:
The object of my invention is to provide an easy and permanent bed-bottom.
The bed-bottom is constructed with spiral springs, and upper and under frame, with springs to prevent lateral motion.
Figure 1 is a plan view of my invention, and Fig. 2 a vertical sectional view of same.
A A are the frames of the bottom ,3, the spiral springs; O, the hooks which. connect the spiral springs together, and also connect them to the frame; D, theloops or fastenings bottom, drawing equally in either direction-- length or side wise.
I claim as my invention- Combination of the frames A A, spring B, connected together by hooks O, and attached to the frames A A by loops D, and the springs F, substantially as and for the purpose set forth.
