Abstract
Спосіб виробництва вівсяних пластівців, при якому проводять очищення зерна від домішок, калібрування зерна на фракції, дворазову воднотеплову обробку, шліфування зерна, сортування продуктів шліфування, плющення, сушіння та сортування продуктів плющення. Очищене зерно голозерного вівса розділяють на крупну і дрібну фракції. Зерно зволожують до 12-14 %, відволожують протягом 8-12 годин і шліфують. Суміш продуктів шліфування сортують у два етапи. На першому видаляють дрібку і частину борошенця, а на другому видаляють решту борошенця.
