Abstract

本創作提供一種板材剪切及彎折器具,用於剪切浪板以形成安裝時所需的梯形缺口,其主要具有一基座,基座一端設有兩剪刀,及用以帶動兩剪刀的施力機構;特別是,該剪刀其中的一刀片無刀把,僅在其後邊形成一弧形的受力邊,而該施力機構實施有兩個被搖桿帶動成上下擺動的搖臂,兩搖臂之間橋接施力桿,使施力桿頂抵在上述刀片的受力邊,進而能夠更省力地推動刀片產生更大的剪力,在板材的邊緣剪出兩道切口。另外,本創作還設有與該施力機構連動的彎折機構,能夠將兩道切口之間板片一併往內翻折,使板材的邊緣形成安裝時所需的梯形缺口。

Description

板材剪切及彎折器具
本創作係有關一種板材剪切及彎折器具,尤指一種用於剪切浪板或其他板材的板材剪切及彎折器具,能夠將板材的邊緣剪切及彎折出安裝時所需的梯形缺口。
現今的浪板通常實施為斷面呈連續梯形的鋼板,能夠用於構築成屋頂、遮雨棚或側牆等。由於浪板係為連續梯形的板片,其一端與牆面靠合時會形成很大的縫,或搭成山形屋頂時也會有很大的縫,因此需要在搭接端使用收邊板材包覆,再用矽利康等填補更小的縫隙。然而,板材要與浪板結合時,必須把邊緣剪出梯形缺口,使梯形缺口套在浪板的梯形板片上,如此才能做成完整的收邊工程。
習知用於把板材邊緣剪出梯形缺口的技術,由工作人員手持剪刀進行,因此不能剪出漂亮且整齊劃一的梯形缺口,而且使用剪刀施力剪切,相當耗費體力,施工動作也相當緩慢。
為此,本案創作人曾經提出多種板材剪切及彎折機構的設計,例如中華民國專利公告M530228號所示,可應用於剪切浪板或其他板材的邊緣,使浪板或其他板材的邊緣形成安裝時所需的梯形缺口。本案係對於先前的板材剪切裝置更進一步改良,以期達到更加省力剪切與彎折板材、施工快速、及操作更方便目的。
有鑑於上述習知技術之缺憾,創作人有感其未臻於完善,遂竭其心智悉心研究克服,憑其從事該項產業多年之累積經驗,進而研發出一種板材剪切及彎折器具,以期達到更加省力剪切與彎折板材、施工快速、及操作方便目的。
本創作之主要目的及其他目的在於提供一種板材剪切及彎折器具,用於剪切浪板或其他板材的邊緣同時進行彎折,使浪板等板材的邊緣形成安裝時所需的梯形缺口,進而達到更加省力剪切與彎折板材、施工快速、及操作方便等功效。
為了達上述目的及其他目的,本創作提供一種板材剪切及彎折器具,用於剪切及彎折浪板等板材,其較佳的包含: 一基座,其第一端的上面設有兩樞接座;兩剪刀,相對稱地設置在該基座第一端的二側,各該剪刀具有突伸出該基座第一端的一第一刀片與一第二刀片;該第一刀片的後端形成一固定部,該固定部固定在該基座;該第二刀片可轉動地樞接在該第一刀片,該第二刀片的後邊形成一受力邊;一施力機構,其具有一轉軸,該轉軸可轉動地水平設置在該兩樞接座之間;一搖桿,該搖桿一端結合在該轉軸上用以搖動該轉軸轉動;兩搖臂,該兩搖臂結合在該轉軸的二端,該兩搖臂被該轉軸帶動致其一端上下搖擺;與一施力桿,該施力桿橋接在該兩搖臂之間,該施力桿的桿身並頂抵在該第二刀片的受力邊,該施力桿上下搖擺推動該第二刀片的刀刃與該第一刀片的刀刃相靠合及分開;以及一彎折機構,其設置在該基座第一端的上面,其具有一被該施力機構連帶驅動的一折板構件。
上述之板材剪切及彎折器具中,該第二刀片的受力邊為一朝向後下面的弧形邊,該施力桿頂抵在該弧形邊。
上述之板材剪切及彎折器具中,該剪刀具有一第一彈性元件,該第一彈性元件驅動該第二刀片的刀刃與該第一刀片的刀刃分開。
上述之板材剪切及彎折器具中,該第一彈性元件為一拉伸彈簧,該拉伸彈簧連接在該基座與該第二刀片之間。
上述之板材剪切及彎折器具中,該兩樞接座中分別設有一軸承,該轉軸的二端穿過該軸承。
上述之板材剪切及彎折器具中,該彎折機構包含一套筒,該套筒可轉動地套設在該轉軸;一第一連桿,該第一連桿一端固定在該套筒上;一第二連桿,該第二連桿一端樞接在該第一連桿,該第二連桿另一端接樞在該折板構件的第一樞接位置;一第三連桿,該第三連桿一端樞接在該折板構件的第二樞接位置,另一端樞接在該基座上,該第三連桿具有一凸片,該凸片抵靠在該施力桿的桿身上。
上述之板材剪切及彎折器具中,該套筒具有一連通到內部的條形溝,該條形溝沿著該套筒的圓周延伸一周長,該搖桿的一端穿過該條形溝以結合在該轉軸上。
上述之板材剪切及彎折器具中,該折板構件為一條桿,該折板構件的一端分別具有該第一樞接位置與該第二樞接位置,該折板構件的另一端能夠向上翻轉用以彎折該板材。
上述之板材剪切及彎折器具中,該彎折機構具有一第二彈性元件,該第二彈性元件驅動該折板構件回復原位。
本創作之板材剪切及彎折器具,能夠應用該基座置放在梯形的浪板上,使兩剪刀的刀口啣住另一浪板等板材的邊緣,再由使用者操作施力機構的搖桿,帶動該搖臂與該施力桿往上擺,致使該施力桿推動該第二刀片,進而在浪板剪出兩切口。其後,再繼續操作該搖桿以帶動該彎折機構,使該折板構件另一端向上翻轉彎折兩切口之間的板片,使板材形成一安裝其他浪板所需的梯形缺口,進而達到更加省力剪切與彎折板材、施工快速、及操作方便等功效。
為充分瞭解本創作之目的、特徵及功效,茲藉由下述具體之實施例,並配合所附之圖式,對本創作做一詳細說明,說明如後:
參閱圖1所示,係為本創作之板材剪切及彎折器具,其係用於放在一浪板10上,剪切另一浪板或其他板材20,進而形成組裝浪板10時所需的梯形缺口201。一併參閱圖2、圖3、圖4及圖所示,本創作較佳的具體實施例包含一基座1、兩剪刀2、一施力機構3及一彎折機構4,其中:
參閱圖2及圖3所示,該基座1為一金屬板片彎折成斷面呈上窄下寬的梯形構形、 ㄇ字形構形或其他形狀,較佳的為對應一般浪板尺寸的梯形構形,可用於快速套定在斷面呈梯形的浪板10上使用(如圖1所示);該基座1第一端的上面設有相對稱的兩樞接座11,該兩樞接座11之中可分別設有一軸承;又該基座1第一端上面的進中間處設有一樞接部12(如圖4及圖5所示),通過兩樞接座11及一樞接部12用於裝設以下構件。
參閱圖3、圖5及圖6所示,該兩剪刀2相對稱地設置在該基座1第一端的二側,各該剪刀2具有突伸出該基座1第一端的一第一刀片21與一第二刀片22;該第一刀片21為L形的構形,其前端為一刀刃211而後端形成一固定部212,通過該固定部212及多數固定元件24將第一刀片21固定在該基座1的側面;該第二刀片22的下端可轉動地樞接在該第一刀片21的內面,該第二刀片22的前邊形成一凸弧形的刀刃221,其後邊形成一凹弧形的受力邊222,藉此能在施力於受力邊222時推動該第二刀片22,使第二刀片22與第一刀片21相靠合或分開。其中,該第二刀片21的受力邊222較佳的實施為一朝向後下面的弧形邊;又,各該剪刀2更可實施有一第一彈性元件23,該第一彈性元件23驅動該第二刀片22的刀刃與該第一刀片21的刀刃分開,該第一彈性元件23較佳的實施例之一為一拉伸彈簧231,該拉伸彈簧231連接在該基座1的樞接座11(或其他部位)與該第二刀片22之間,使各該剪刀2能夠張開其刀口。
參閱圖3、圖4及圖5所示,該施力機構3較佳的具有一轉軸31,該轉軸31可轉動地水平設置在上述該兩樞接座11之間,使其兩端分別穿過在該兩樞接座11的軸承;一搖桿32,該搖桿32一端結合在該轉軸31近中間的上面,提供使用者握持該搖桿32用以搖動該轉軸31轉動;兩搖臂33,該兩搖臂33結合在該轉軸31的二端,並位於該兩樞接座11的外側,使該兩搖臂33能被該轉軸31帶動以致其一端(前端)上下搖擺;與一施力桿34,該施力桿34橋接在該兩搖臂33的前端之間,該施力桿34桿身的上面能夠在上升時頂抵在該第二刀片22的受力邊222的弧形邊(如圖6所示),進而推動該第二刀片22靠向該第一刀片21,因此該施力桿34的上下搖擺能夠推動該第二刀片22的刀刃221與該第一刀片21的刀刃211相靠合及分開。
參閱圖2至圖5所示,該彎折機構4設置在該基座1第一端的上面,其主要具有一能夠被上述該施力機構3連帶驅動的一折板構件41;該彎折機構4較佳的具體實施例包含:一套筒42,該套筒42可轉動地套設在上述該施力機構3的轉軸31,該套筒42具有一連通到內部的條形溝421,該條形溝421沿著該套筒42的圓周延伸一周長,藉此使上述該搖桿32的一端穿過該條形溝421以結合在該轉軸31上;一第一連桿43,該第一連桿43一端固定在該套筒42上;一第二連桿44,該第二連桿44一端樞接在該第一連桿43,該第二連桿44另一端接樞在該折板構件41的第一樞接位置411;一第三連桿45,該第三連桿45一端樞接在該折板構件41的第二樞接位置412,另一端樞接在上述該基座1上的樞接部12,且該第三連桿45後邊具有一凸片451,該凸片451的下邊抵靠在上述該施力桿34的桿身上。
再參閱圖5所示,上述該折板構件41較佳的實施為一條桿,該折板構件41的一端分別具有該第一樞接位置411與該第二樞接位置412,該折板構件41的另一端能夠向上翻轉用以彎折板材。又,上述該彎折機構4可實施有一第二彈性元件46,該第二彈性元件46用以驅動該折板構件41回復原位,該第二彈性元件46較佳的為連接在該折板構件41與該基座1之間的一拉伸彈簧461。
藉此,本創作之板材剪切及彎折器具使用時,參閱圖5所示,先移動本創作之板材剪切及彎折器具,使該兩剪刀2的刀口A啣住一板材20的邊緣。參閱圖6所示,再由使用者向後轉動該施力機構3的搖桿32,該搖桿32同步帶動該轉軸31、該兩搖臂33與該施力桿34往上擺轉,致使該施力桿34頂抵在該第二刀片22的受力邊222往上推動該第二刀片22,進而使該第二刀片22與第一刀片21的刀口A閉合,藉此在板材邊緣剪出兩切口202(如圖1所示)。
參閱圖1所示,若要將兩切口202之間的板片203往內折時,再參閱圖7所示,只要再繼續往後轉動操作該搖桿32,使該搖桿32抵靠到該套筒42的條形溝421後端,如此帶動該套筒42及該第一連桿43往後轉,該第一連桿43同時帶動該第二連桿44往下轉動;而該兩搖臂33與該施力桿34同時還是繼續往上擺轉,使該施力桿34頂推該第三連桿45的凸片451下邊,致使該第三連桿45往前轉動;藉此,該彎折機構4通過四連桿運作原理,使該折板構件41往前上方翻轉,其翻轉時即可推動兩切口202之間的板片203往內收折(如圖1及7所示),使板材20形成所需的梯形缺口201。
本創作在上文中已以較佳實施例揭露,然熟習本項技術者應理解的是,該實施例僅用於描繪本創作,而不應解讀為限制本創作之範圍。應注意的是,舉凡與該實施例等效之變化與置換,均應設為涵蓋於本創作之範疇內。因此,本創作之保護範圍當以申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種板材剪切及彎折器具,其用於剪切及彎折一板材,其包含:
    一基座,其第一端的上面設有兩樞接座;
    兩剪刀,相對稱地設置在該基座第一端的二側,各該剪刀具有突伸出該基座第一端的一第一刀片與一第二刀片;該第一刀片的後端形成一固定部,該固定部固定在該基座;該第二刀片可轉動地樞接在該第一刀片,該第二刀片的後邊形成一受力邊;
    一施力機構,其具有一轉軸,該轉軸可轉動地水平設置在該兩樞接座之間;一搖桿,該搖桿一端結合在該轉軸上用以搖動該轉軸轉動;兩搖臂,該兩搖臂結合在該轉軸的二端,該兩搖臂被該轉軸帶動致其一端上下搖擺;與一施力桿,該施力桿橋接在該兩搖臂之間,該施力桿的桿身並頂抵在該第二刀片的受力邊,該施力桿上下搖擺推動該第二刀片的刀刃與該第一刀片的刀刃相靠合及分開;以及一彎折機構,其設置在該基座第一端的上面,其具有一被該施力機構連帶驅動的一折板構件。
  2. 如請求項1所述之板材剪切及彎折器具,其中該第二刀片的受力邊為一朝向後下面的弧形邊,該施力桿頂抵在該弧形邊。
  3. 如請求項1或2所述之板材剪切及彎折器具,其中該剪刀具有一第一彈性元件,該第一彈性元件驅動該第二刀片的刀刃與該第一刀片的刀刃分開。
  4. 如請求項3所述之板材剪切及彎折器具,其中該第一彈性元件為一拉伸彈簧,該拉伸彈簧連接在該基座與該第二刀片之間。
  5. 如請求項1所述之板材剪切及彎折器具,其中該兩樞接座中分別設有一軸承,該轉軸的二端穿過該軸承。
  6. 如請求項1所述之板材剪切及彎折器具,其中該彎折機構包含一套筒,該套筒可轉動地套設在該轉軸;一第一連桿,該第一連桿一端固定在該套筒上;一第二連桿,該第二連桿一端樞接在該第一連桿,該第二連桿另一端接樞在該折板構件的第一樞接位置;一第三連桿,該第三連桿一端樞接在該折板構件的第二樞接位置,另一端樞接在該基座上的一樞接部,該第三連桿具有一凸片,該凸片抵靠在該施力桿的桿身上。
  7. 如請求項6所述之板材剪切及彎折器具,其中該套筒具有一連通到內部的條形溝,該條形溝沿著該套筒的圓周延伸一周長,該搖桿的一端穿過該條形溝以結合在該轉軸上。
  8. 如請求項6所述之板材剪切及彎折器具,其中該折板構件為一條桿,該折板構件的一端分別具有該第一樞接位置與該第二樞接位置,該折板構件的另一端能夠向上翻轉用以彎折該板材。
  9. 如請求項8所述之板材剪切及彎折器具,其中該彎折機構具有一第二彈性元件,該第二彈性元件驅動該折板構件回復原位。
