Description

液壓管接頭
本創作揭露一種管接頭,尤指一種液壓管接頭。
現有煞車油壓接頭係於一連接管中填塞入一油針,再透過一螺帽將油針螺固於連接管一端,此時,連接管另一端連通一煞車油管,而油針突出於螺帽的部位可通一煞車器。使得煞車油管中之煞車油可經過連接管與油針二者內部,最後流至煞車器。
然而,現有煞車油壓接頭於組裝與拆卸上,較不便於進行更換、維修等事宜。
有鑑於此,創作人不斷潛心開發及研究,歷經長久的努力並克服萬難,終於設計出本創作。因此,本創作之目的,在於提供一種液壓管接頭,可易於拆組以方便日後維修更換。
於是,為了實現上揭目的,本創作之一種液壓管接頭,係包含有:一轉接件,包括一連接一液壓油管且與其內部之一流道連通的油嘴,及一連接該油嘴的結合件,該結合件具有一設於外部的外周面、一凹設於內部且可與該流道連通的容置空間,及多數間隔排於該外周面與 該容置空間交會處的定位爪;一油針,包括一可緊密塞設於該轉接件之容置空間中且能與該流道連通的第一段身、一連接該第一段身且可受該等定位爪包覆的第二段身、一連接該第二段身且可由該等定位爪中突伸於外的第三段身,及一與該第三段身內部連通的出油段身;以及一螺帽,包括一可拆組地固定於該轉接件之結合件之外周面的內周面,及一與該內周面延續地連接且具有可壓覆該等定位爪用以將該油針限位的抵靠面。
每一定位爪具有一朝該容置空間之內徑中心方向內陷用以 觸及該油針之第二段身的咬合端,及一位於該咬合端外部用以觸及該螺帽之抵靠面的受壓端。
該轉接件之結合件內部凹設一銜接區,每一定位爪具有一可 拆組地固定於該銜接區用以構成該容置空間之一部分的深入段、一朝該容置空間之內徑中心方向內陷用以觸及該油針之第二段身的咬合端,及一位於該咬合端外部用以觸及該螺帽之抵靠面的受壓端。
以上所述油針之第二段身的直徑是大於該第一段身的直徑,該第一段身的直徑是大於該第三段身的直徑。
該油針之第一段身外部凹陷一可套設一O形環的束縛區,該O形環觸及該轉接件之結合件的容置空間。
該液壓油管是煞車油管,該出油段身是連接煞車器。
本創作功效在於,該抵靠面就會壓覆該等定位爪用以將該油針限位,故可易於拆組以方便日後維修更換。

請參閱第1至4圖,本創作之一種液壓管接頭的一實施例,包含一轉接件1、一油針2,以及一螺帽3。
所述轉接件1,包括一連接一液壓油管(圖未示出)且與其內部之一流道111連通的油嘴11,及一連接該油嘴11的結合件12,該結合件12具有一設於外部的外周面121、一凹設於內部且可與該流道111連通的容置空間122,及多數間隔排於該外周面121與該容置空間122交會處的定位爪123;所述油針2,包括一可緊密塞設於該轉接件1之容置空間122中且能與該流道111連通的第一段身21、一連接該第一段身21且可受該等定位爪123包覆的第二段身22、一連接該第二段身22且可由該等定位爪123中突伸於外的第三段身23,及一與該第三段身23內部連通的出油段身24;每一定位爪123具有一朝該容置空間122之內徑中心方向內陷用以觸及該油針2之第二段身22的咬合端1231,及一位於該咬合端1231外部用以觸及該螺帽 3之抵靠面32的受壓端1232。該油針2之第二段身22的直徑是大於該第一段身21的直徑,該第一段身21的直徑是大於該第三段身23的直徑。,該油針2之第一段身21外部凹陷一可套設一O形環25的束縛區26,該O形環25觸及該轉接件1之結合件12的容置空間122。
所述螺帽3,包括一可拆組地固定於該轉接件1之結合件12 之外周面121的內周面31,及一與該內周面31延續地連接且具有可壓覆該等定位爪123用以將該油針2限位的抵靠面32。
藉由上述各元件的組合,如第1至4圖所示,在本創作之該一 實施例之中,使用者將該螺帽3之內周面31可拆組地固定於該轉接件1之結合件12的外周面121,該抵靠面32就會壓覆該等定位爪123用以將該油針2限位,因此,確實可達成上述易於拆組以方便日後維修更換之目的。
請參閱第5至6圖,並與第1至4圖比較,可發現本創作之一種 液壓管接頭的另一實施例,包含一轉接件1、一油針2,以及一螺帽3。其與上述該一實施例之差別僅在於,該轉接件1之結合件12內部凹設一銜接區124,每一定位爪123具有一可拆組地固定於該銜接區124用以構成該容置空間122之一部分的深入段1233,也就是可以採取二段式的組裝手段,例如螺接、嵌入等等,且不以此為限。因此,確實可以達成與上述相同之目的。
附帶說明的是,於上述各實施例中,該液壓油管(圖未示出)是煞車油管,該出油段身24是連接煞車器,且不以此為限。
綜上所述,當知本創作具有產業上利用性與進步性,且本創作未見於任何刊物,亦具新穎性,當符合專利法之規定,爰依法提出新型專利申請,懇請 貴審查委員惠准專利為禱。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種液壓管接頭,係包含有:一轉接件,包括一連接一液壓油管且與其內部之一流道連通的油嘴,及一連接該油嘴的結合件,該結合件具有一設於外部的外周面、一凹設於內部且可與該流道連通的容置空間,及多數間隔排於該外周面與該容置空間交會處的定位爪;一油針,包括一可緊密塞設於該轉接件之容置空間中且能與該流道連通的第一段身、一連接該第一段身且可受該等定位爪包覆的第二段身、一連接該第二段身且可由該等定位爪中突伸於外的第三段身,及一與該第三段身內部連通的出油段身;以及一螺帽,包括一可拆組地固定於該轉接件之結合件之外周面的內周面,及一與該內周面延續地連接且具有可壓覆該等定位爪用以將該油針限位的抵靠面。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之液壓管接頭,其中,每一定位爪具有一朝該容置空間之內徑中心方向內陷用以觸及該油針之第二段身的咬合端,及一位於該咬合端外部用以觸及該螺帽之抵靠面的受壓端。
  3. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之液壓管接頭,其中,該轉接件之結合件內部凹設一銜接區,每一定位爪具有一可拆組地固定於該銜接區用以構成該容置空間之一部分的深入段、一朝該容置空間之內徑中心方向內陷用以觸及該油針之第二段身的咬合端,及一位於該咬合端外部用以觸及該螺帽之抵靠面的受壓端。
  4. 依據申請專利範圍第2或3項所述之液壓管接頭,其中,該油針之第二段身的直徑是大於該第一段身的直徑,該第一段身的直徑是大於該第三段身的直徑。
  5. 依據申請專利範圍第4項所述之液壓管接頭,其中,該油針之第一段身外部凹陷一可套設一O形環的束縛區,該O形環觸及該轉接件之結合件的容置空間。
  6. 依據申請專利範圍第5項所述之液壓管接頭,其中,該液壓油管是煞車油管,該出油段身是連接煞車器。
