Abstract

本发明提供一种易拆卸式防泄漏水管接头，包括本体、芯轴、O型圈、螺母、压环以及软管，本体的一端安装有芯轴，在本体和芯轴之间设置有O型圈，并且本体在安装芯轴的一端螺纹连接有螺母，所述的软管的顶端***到本体与芯轴之间，压环设置在螺帽远离本体的一端，所述的软管放置在压环和芯轴之间，通过拧紧螺帽使螺帽挤压压环将水管与芯轴紧密接触进而防止漏水。该接头方便安装与拆卸，同时密封性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种易拆卸式防泄漏水管接头。
背景技术
现有的水管接头采用的是两端固定式连接方式，存在安装和拆卸不方便的缺点，并且连接软管的一侧存在容易松脱的缺点，存在泄漏的隐患。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种易拆卸式防泄漏水管接头，用以解决上述问题，使得水管接头安装、拆卸方便，并且能够有效地防止泄漏。
为达到以上目的，本发明采用的技术方案为：包括本体、芯轴、O型圈、螺母、压环以及软管，本体的一端安装有芯轴，在本体和芯轴之间设置有O型圈，并且本体在安装芯轴的一端螺纹连接有螺母，所述的软管的顶端***到本体与芯轴之间，压环设置在螺帽远离本体的一端，所述的软管放置在压环和芯轴之间，通过拧紧螺帽使螺帽挤压压环将水管与芯轴紧密接触进而防止漏水。
进一步，在芯轴远离本体的一端设置有凸起。
进一步，在本体的未安装芯轴的一侧设置有外螺纹。
进一步，螺母在远离本体的一端具有向内的延伸部分，压环在位于螺母内的一端具有向外的凸起，所述的延伸部分和所述的凸起在两者接触的位置处具有相同的倾斜角度。
本发明的有益效果：采用本体与螺帽结合的连接方式，方便水管的安装与拆卸；同时采用了压环压紧软管的密封方式，能够达到很好的密封效果，且方便拆卸；同时采用了O型圈，进一步改善了密封效果。

具体实施方式

如图1和2所示，一种易拆卸式防泄漏水管接头，包括本体1、芯轴2、O型圈3,、螺母4、压环5以及软管6，本体1的一端安装有芯轴2，在芯轴2与本体1之间设置有O型圈，并且本体1在安装芯轴2的一端螺纹连接有螺母4，所述的软管6的顶端***到本体1与芯轴2之间，压环5设置在螺帽4远离本体1的一端，所述的软管6放置在压环5和芯轴2之间，通过拧紧螺帽4，螺帽4通过挤压压环5将水管6与芯轴2紧密接触进而防止漏水。
进一步，所述的O型圈3防止水从芯轴2和本体1之间的空隙中泄漏。
进一步，在芯轴2远离本体1的一端设置有凸起，进一步增加软管6和芯轴2之间的连接紧密性。
进一步，在本体1的未安装芯轴的一端设有外螺纹，用以连接外部结构。
进一步，螺母4在远离本体1的一端具有向内的延伸部分，压环5在位于螺母4内的一端具有向外的凸起，所述的延伸部分和所述的凸起在两者接触的位置处具有相同的倾斜角度。

1.一种易拆卸式防泄漏水管接头，其特征在于，包括本体、芯轴、O型圈、螺母、压环以及软管，本体的一端安装有芯轴，在本体和芯轴之间设置有O型圈，并且本体在安装芯轴的一端螺纹连接有螺母，所述的软管的顶端***到本体与芯轴之间，压环设置在螺帽远离本体的一端，所述的软管放置在压环和芯轴之间，通过拧紧螺帽使螺帽挤压压环将水管与芯轴紧密接触进而防止漏水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易拆卸式防泄漏水管接头，其特征在于，在芯轴远离本体的一端设置有凸起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种易拆卸式防泄漏水管接头，其特征在于，在本体的未安装芯轴的一侧设置有外螺纹。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种易拆卸式防泄漏水管接头，其特征在于，螺母在远离本体的一端具有向内的延伸部分，压环在位于螺母内的一端具有向外的凸起，所述的延伸部分和所述的凸起在两者接触的位置处具有相同的倾斜角度。
