M431990 五 '新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係關於一種用於LED燈管之驅動電路板連接結構改良,特別是 指一種使驅動電路板與LED燈條能夠更方便連接之相接結構。 【先前技術】 LED (發光二極體)由於具有省電、使用壽命長、體積小、反應速度快 等優點,故會被普遍地被使用於各類照明領域;目前有業者已發展出可替 代日光燈管的LED燈管;而習用的LED燈管1會於燈管本體U内設置至 少一條具有複數個發光二極體121之LED燈條12,並再於燈管本體u内 部任一側設置有一與該LED燈條12連接之驅動電路板13,以驅動該led 燈條12發光; 如圖一及圖二所示,該驅動電路板13上係焊接兩個連接線14,而連接 線14另^則再焊接於該LED燈條12上,因此該驅動電路板u能夠藉 由該連接線14與該LED燈條12進行電性連接,以傳導電力。 但上述的電路佈線方式,由於在組裝之前,必須先將連接線Μ焊接於 〇驅動電路板η與6彡LED燈條12之間,但由於鶴電路板13與該咖 燈條12之_距離-般皆會驗,若是要於較短的距離之間將連接線w 與驅動電贿13跟LED祕12進神接,職來講是技雛很 作業過程,啸便於崎,雜操作員會騎長的連接線〗4焊接於驅動 電路板13與該LED燈條12之間,但進行組裝後過長的連接線 被擠壓而導致彎曲或是兩铬遠蛀娩^ r 飞疋兩條連接線14交纏或是打結的情況發生,若是如 此,更有可能會導致線路之間的干擾,因此,連接線Μ長短的控制,對於 業者來講,是必然不得不正視的問題。 、 3 M431990 因此,若能夠於驅動電路板與led燈條上設置有一對應的連接結構, 並藉由兩個連接結構的相接,即可將該驅動電路板與該LED燈條進行電性 連接,並能夠避免組裝不易或是線路之間的干擾,如此應為一最佳解決方 案。 【新型内容】 本創作即在於提供一種於驅動電路板與LED燈條上設置有一對應的連 接插件,並藉由兩個連接結構的相接,即可將該驅動電路板與該LED燈條 進行電性連接。 可達成上述新型目的之用於led燈管之驅動電路板連接結構改良,其 中LED燈官係包含了-燈管本體、至少一個設置於該燈管本體内部之 燈條、至少一個設置於該燈管本體内部任一侧並與該LED燈條電性連接之 驅動電路板,其雜在於:雜動電路板上及該哪雜上係分別設置有 -連接插件,並藉由兩财_連接插件相連接,贿該驅動電路板能夠 與該LED燈條進行電性連接並驅動該LED燈條發亮。 更具體的說,所述驅動電路板上的連接插件係具有至少一個子插接結 構,而該LED燈條上的連接插件係對應該子插接結構形成有至少—個母插 接結構。 更具體的說’除了上述的設置之外,所述驅動電路板上的連接插件亦 能夠具有至少-個母插接結構,而該LED燈條上的連接插件係對應該子插 接結構形成有至少一個子插接結構。 更具體的說’所述子姉結構係能夠為排針,而該母插接結構係能夠 為排母,且該子插接結構插人該母插接結構後,即可進行電性連接。 更具體的說,所述LED燈條上聽有複數個發光二極體。 M431990 更具體的說,所述燈管本體係為長條狀。 【實施方式】 有關於本辦之前収其他技彻容、特點與姐,在町配合參考 圖式之較佳實施例的詳細說明中,將可清楚的呈現。 月參閱圖二A、圖三B及圖四,為本創作用於LED燈管之燈管接頭結 構改良之第-實施例立體組合結構示意圖、第—實施例立體分解結構示意 圖、第-實施例側視圖,由圖中可知,該LED燈管2係包含了—燈管本體 2卜該燈管榻21 _係設置有至少—個具錢數嫌光三極體221之 led燈條22及^少—做置於紐管本體21内雜―舰無咖燈條 22電性連接之驅動電路板23,而該驅動電路板23上及該led燈條22上 係分別設置有-連接插件,以本實關來講,該魏電路板23上之連接插 件係為-排針231,而該LED燈條22上之連接插件係為一排母您,其中 該排針231 —端係焊接於該驅動電路板23上,由於該排母222 一端係焊接 於該LED燈條22上,而排母222 3-端則具有複數個對應於該排針231 之插針2311設置有複數個插孔2221,因此當該排針231之插針則*** 雜母222之插孔2221時,與該排針231焊接之驅動電路板23將能夠與 該排母222焊接之燈條22進行電性連接,以使該驅動電路板^能夠 驅動LED燈條22發亮。 而除了第-實施例所提之結構之外,亦能夠使用另—種結構,而與第 一實施例不同之處,如圖五A、目五B及圖六所示,該驅動電路板23及該 LED燈條22上所使用的連接插件不同,其中該驅動電路板幻上之連接插 件係為一排母232,而該LED燈條22上之連接插件係為—排針223,其中 該排針奶_端係焊接於該LED燈條η上(而另一端則朝向該排母说 5 M431990 延伸出複數個插針2231),而該排母232 一端則是焊接於該驅動電路板23 上’且該排母232另-端則具有複數個對應於該排針奶上之插針2231設 置有複數個插孔232卜因此當該驅動電路板23之排母232插於該led燈 條22之排針223上時,該驅動電路板23將能夠透過所焊接之排母232與 該已焊接有排針223之LED燈條22進行電性連接,以使該驅動電路板23 能夠驅動該LED燈條22發亮。 而由上述兩個實施例中可知,連接插件可為子插接結構(例如排針 231,223)或是母插接結構(例如排母222,232),若是能夠進行子母插接以 達到電連接目的之元件,皆屬本案之可應用範圍之内而除了排針及排 母之外,其他能夠達到類似目的之元件繁多,故不多加贅述。 另外,上述兩個實關巾絲示出—端的樣態,@此不論是燈管本體 21内部具有_分_ LED燈管(必難用^塊驅動電路板才能夠分別驅 動兩個分開的LED燈)或是僅只有—個LED燈管(至少需要一塊驅動電路 板才能夠驅動LED燈),本案之技術内容皆可適用之。 另外,除了上述兩種實施例之外,由於在實際的應用上如圖七的第 三實施例所示’設置於該驅動電路板23上的排針231,該排針231 一端係 焊接於該驅動電路板23之背板上,而該排母222 一端係焊接於該設置有複 數個發光—極體221之LED燈條22 -面上,並能触該[ED燈條22之發 光二極體221與燈管本體21保持一定距離,以避免紐光二極體221發光 照射時Μ吏用者會由燈管本體21外向内透視可見於該發光二極體221之形 狀而《玄LED燈條22之背板處也不適合焊接排母之2〗,故將該排母222 一 端焊接於該設置有魏個發光二極體221之咖燈條22 _面上最為恰當。 另外除了能夠將排針231焊接於該驅動電路板23上及將排母222焊接 於該LED燈條22上之外,若是將母插接結構焊接於該驅動電路板23上及 M431990 將子插接結構雜_ LED雜22上L任何子雖結構、母插接 結構分別焊接於驅動電路板23及LED燈條22上,皆能夠使子插接結構、 母插接結構分別焊接於該驅動電路板之背板上及該設置有複數個發光二極 體之LED燈條一面上,如此為本案之最佳實施方式。 本創作所提供之用於LED燈管之燈管接頭結構改良,與其他習用技術 相互比較時,更具備下列優點: 1·本創作使用兩個連接插件的相接,即可將該驅動電路板與LED燈 • 條進行電性連接’如此將能夠避免組裝不易或是線路之間的干擾, 因此不需使用連接線連接於驅動電路板與LED燈條之間,亦可達 到電性導通之目的。 2·本創作於組裝完成後,兩個連接插件會相連接,如此即可使該驅動 電路板與該led燈條電性導通,因此習知關係連接線過長所發生 的問題’將可完全被克服。 藉由以上較佳具體實施例之詳述,係希望能更加清楚描述本創作之特 • 徵與精神,而並非以上述所揭露的較佳具體實施例來對本創作之範疇加以 限制。相反地,其目的是希望能涵蓋各種改變及具相等性的安排於本創作 所欲申請之專利範圍的範疇内。 【圖式簡單說明】 圖一為習用LED燈管之立體結構示意圖; 圖二為習用LED燈管之結構上視圖; 圖三A為本創作用於LED燈管之驅動電路板連接結構改良之第一實施 例立體組合結構示意圖; 7 圖—B為本創作用於LED燈管之驅動電路板連接結構改良之第一實施 例立體分解結構示意圖; 圖四為本創作用於LED燈管之驅動電路板連接結構改良之第一實施例 側視圖; 圖五A為本創作用於LED燈管之驅動電路板連接結構改良之第二實施 例立體組合結構示意圖; 圖五8為本創作用於LED燈管之驅動電路板連接結構改良之第二實施 例立體分解結構示意圖; 圖六為本創作用於LED燈管之驅動電路板連接結構改良之第二實施例 側視圖;以及 圖七為本創作用於led燈管之驅動電路板連接結構改良之第三實施例 側視圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 1 LED燈管 11 燈管本體 12 LED燈條 121 發光二極體 13 驅動電路板 14 連接線 2 LED燈管 21 燈管本體 M431990 LED燈條 發光二極體 排母 插孔 排針 插針 驅動電路板 排針 插針 排母 插孔

M431990 六、申請專利範圍: 1· -種用於LED燈管之驅動電路板連接結構改良其中該咖燈管係 包含了 -燈管本體、至少_個設置於紐管本動部之led燈條至 少-個設置於該燈管本體内部任一側並與該咖燈條電性連接之驅 動電路板,其概树:該驅動電路板上及該led燈條上係分別設置 有-連接插件,並藉由兩個不同的連接插件相連接,以使該驅動電路 板月t夠與該LED燈條進行電性連接並驅動該LED燈條發亮。 2·如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用於LED燈管之驅動電路板連接結構改 良,其中該驅動電路板上的連接插件係具有至少一個子插接結構,而 該LED燈條上的連接插件係對應該子插接結構形成有至少一個母插 接結構。 3·如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用於LED燈管之驅動電路板連接結構改 良,其中該驅動電路板上的連接插件係具有至少一個母插接結構,而 該LED燈條上的連接插件係對應該子插接結構形成有至少一個子插 接結構。 4_如申請專利範圍第3或4項所述之用於LED燈管之驅動電路板連接結 構改良’其中該子插接結構係能夠為排針,而該母插接結構係能夠為 排母,且該子插接結構***該母插接結構後,即可進行電性連接。 5·如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用於LED燈管之驅動電路板連接結構改 良,其中該LED燈條上係具有複數個發光二極體。 6.如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用於LED燈管之驅動電路板連接結構改 良,其中該燈管本體係為長條狀。 10
