Description

裝飾面板及顯示裝置
本發明是有關於一種光電面板及光電裝置,且特別是有關於一種裝飾面板及顯示裝置。
近年來,電動車市場快速地發展。一般而言,電動車使用非常高比例的顯示裝置做為顯示行車資訊及/或娛樂資訊之用。為營造車室空間的整體氛圍,顯示裝置的表面多具有可呈現裝飾圖案的裝飾膜,例如:木紋、棋盤格裝飾膜等。然而,無論顯示裝置的開關與否,顯示裝置的裝飾圖案恆在,使用者無法依照其需求自由地選擇裝飾圖案的呈現與否。
本發明提供一種裝飾面板,能依使用者的選擇呈現或不呈現裝飾圖。
本發明提供一種顯示裝置,能依使用者的選擇呈現或不呈現裝飾圖案。
本發明的裝飾面板包括第一基底、第一透光導電層、透光結構、第二基底、第二透光導電層及第一膽固醇液晶層。第一透光導電層設置於第一基底上。透光結構設置於第一基底上。第二基底設置於第一基底的對向。第二透光導電層設置於第二基底上。第一膽固醇液晶層設置於第一透光導電層與第二透光導電層之間。裝飾面板適於呈現裝飾圖案,且裝飾圖案對應於透光結構。
本發明的顯示裝置包括上述的裝飾面板及顯示面板。裝飾面板設置於顯示面板的上方。顯示裝置適於呈現裝飾圖案,且裝飾圖案對應於透光結構。

請參照圖1,顯示裝置10包括裝飾面板200。在本實施例中,顯示裝置10還包括顯示面板100,設置於裝飾面板200的後方。請參照圖1及圖2,裝飾面板200用以呈現裝飾圖案PT,顯示面板100則用以顯示資訊。舉例而言,在本實施例中,顯示裝置10可選擇性地應用在車載領域,裝飾面板200所呈現的裝飾圖案PT例如是木紋,顯示面板100的顯示資訊例如是車速、地圖等行車資訊,但本發明不以此為限。在本實施例中,顯示面板100可以是自發光顯示面板(例如:微型發光二極體顯示面板、有機發光二極體顯示面板等)或非自發光顯示面板(例如:液晶顯示面板等),本發明並不加以限制。
請參照圖1,裝飾面板200包括第一基底210。第一基底210係透光。舉例而言,在本實施例中,第一基底210的材質可以是玻璃、石英、有機聚合物或其它可適用的材料。
裝飾面板200還包括第一透光導電層220,設置於第一基底210上。在本實施例中,第一透光導電層220為整面的導電圖案,且可重疊於顯示面板100的多個畫素(未繪示)。舉例而言,在本實施例中,第一透光導電層220的材質可為金屬氧化物,例如:銦錫氧化物、銦鋅氧化物、鋁錫氧化物、鋁鋅氧化物、銦鍺鋅氧化物、其它合適的氧化物、或者是上述至少二者的堆疊層,但本發明不以此為限。
裝飾面板200還包括透光結構230,設置於第一基底210上。舉例而言,在本實施例中,透光結構230可選擇性地設置於第一透光導電層220上,而第一透光導電層220位於透光結構230與第一基底210之間,但本發明不以此為限。透光結構230可導電或絕緣。舉例而言,在本實施例中,透光結構230可絕緣;透光結構230的材料例如但不限於是有機材質。然而,本發明不以此為限,在另一實施例中,透光結構230也可以是導電的;透光結構230的材質例如但不限是銦錫氧化物。
裝飾面板200還包括第二基底240,設置於第一基底210的對向。第二基底240係透光。舉例而言,在本實施例中,第二基底240的材質可以是玻璃、石英、有機聚合物或其它可適用的材料。
裝飾面板200還包括第二透光導電層250,設置於第二基底240上。在本實施例中,第二透光導電層250為整面的導電圖案,且可重疊於顯示面板100的多個畫素(未繪示)。舉例而言,在本實施例中,第二透光導電層250的材質可為金屬氧化物,例如:銦錫氧化物、銦鋅氧化物、鋁錫氧化物、鋁鋅氧化物、銦鍺鋅氧化物、其它合適的氧化物、或者是上述至少二者的堆疊層,但本發明不以此為限。
裝飾面板200還包括第一膽固醇液晶層260,設置於第一透光導電層220與第二透光導電層250之間。第一膽固醇液晶層260的螺距可視裝飾面板200所欲反射的波長而定,本發明並不加以限制。
請參照圖1及圖2,顯示裝置10能在顯示與裝飾模式間切換。當顯示裝置10處於裝飾模式時,裝飾面板200未致能(即,第一透光導電層220與第二透光導電層250的電位差實質上為0),第一膽固醇液晶層260呈反射態(或者說,平面態),而顯示裝置10呈現裝飾圖案PT。特別是,顯示裝置10呈現的裝飾圖案PT是對應於裝飾面板200的透光結構230。在本實施例中,裝飾圖案PT與透光結構230實質上重合。也就是說,在顯示裝置10的俯視圖中,裝飾圖案PT的紋路與透光結構230的位置大致上一致。以下配合圖1、圖2及圖3說明顯示裝置10呈現裝飾圖案PT的機制。
圖3示出入射光波長與各種厚度之第一膽固醇液晶層的反射率的關係。請參照圖3,P為第一膽固醇液晶層的螺距,以入射光的波長等於1.6P(例如:750nm)為例,當第一膽固醇液晶層的厚度T為螺距P的越多倍時(或者說,當第一膽固醇液晶層的厚度T越厚時),第一膽固醇液晶層的反射率越高。
請參照圖1,裝飾面板200的第一區域200a不包括透光結構230,裝飾面板200的第二區域200b包括透光結構230,第一區域200a的第一膽固醇液晶層260的厚度T1大於第二區域200b的第一膽固醇液晶層260的厚度T2。當顯示裝置10處於裝飾模式時,裝飾面板200未致能而第一膽固醇液晶層260呈反射態。此時,第一區域200a的反射率較高而偏向於呈現裝飾面板200所欲反射的顏色,第二區域200b的反射率較低(即穿透率較高)偏向於呈現裝飾面板200後方之顯示面板100的顏色。藉此,裝飾面板200能呈現裝飾圖案PT(繪於圖2)。
舉例而言,在本實施例中,裝飾面板200所欲反射的顏色可為近似木頭色的紅黃色;當顯示裝置10處於裝飾模式時,顯示面板100可選擇性地未致能而呈現黑色。顯示裝置10切換至裝飾模式時,裝飾面板200的第一區域200a偏向於呈現近似木頭色的紅黃色,而裝飾面板200的第二區域200b偏向於呈現未致能之顯示面板100的黑色。也就是說,裝飾面板200的第一區域200a是對應於裝飾圖案PT的木質區PTa,裝飾面板200的第二區域200b對應裝飾圖案PT的木紋區PTb,而整個裝飾圖案PT呈現原木的一剖面。然而,本發明不限於此,在其它實施例中,透過改變透光結構230的圖案及/或透光結構230的高度,裝飾圖案PT也可也以是其它種圖案。
在本實施例中,第一膽固醇液晶層260具有螺距,方向z垂直於第一基底210,第一透光導電層220與第二透光導電層250在方向z上具有最大距離d,最大距離d即裝飾面板200的液晶間隙,且最大距離d與第一膽固醇液晶層260之螺距的比值可落在2至15的範圍,以使裝飾面板200的第一區域200a的反射率高,進而提供視效良好的裝飾圖案PT。最大距離d與第一膽固醇液晶層260之螺距的比值以落在5至10的範圍為佳,但本發明不以此為限。
在本實施例中,第一透光導電層220與第二透光導電層250在方向z上具有最大距離d,最大距離d即裝飾面板200的液晶間隙,透光結構230在方向z上具有高度H,且最大距離d及高度H可滿足: ,以使裝飾面板200的第一區域200a與第二區域200b的反射率的差異大,而裝飾圖案PT的紋路更為明顯。
在本實施例中,為呈現層次更為豐富的裝飾圖案PT,透光結構230可選擇性地包括高度不同的第一部分232及第二部分234。透光結構230的第一部分232的高度H1大於透光結構230的第二部分234的高度H2。
裝飾面板200的第二區域200b包括第一子區200b-1及第二子區200b-2。裝飾面板200之第二區域200b的第一子區200b-1包括較高之透光結構230的第一部分232。裝飾面板200之第二區域200b的第二子區200b-2包括較低之透光結構230的第二部分234。第二區域200b之第一子區200b-1的第一膽固醇液晶層260的厚度T2-1小於第二區域200b之第二子區200b-2的第一膽固醇液晶層260的厚度T2-2。當裝飾面板200未致能而第一膽固醇液晶層260呈反射態時,第一子區200b-1的反射率低於第二子區200b-2的反射率。也就是說,第一子區200b-1的穿透率會高於第二子區200b-2的穿透率,而第一子區200b-1會呈現比第二子區200b-2更多之顯示面板100的顏色。藉此,在本實施例中,裝飾面板200可創造出對應第一子區200b-1且顏色較深的木紋及對應第二子區200b-2且顏色較淺的木紋,進而使得裝飾圖案PT更具層次感。
請參照圖1及圖3,舉例而言,在本實施例中,第一膽固醇液晶層260的螺距為0.47μm,第一透光導電層220與第二透光導電層250的最大距離d(即裝飾面板200的液晶間隙)可為4.7μm(即10倍的螺距),第一區域200a的反射率為1,而第一區域200a對應裝飾圖案PT的木質區PTa;透光結構230的第二部分234的高度H2可為2.35μm,第二子區200b-2的第一膽固醇液晶層260的厚度T2-2可為2.35μm(即5倍的螺距),第二子區200b-2的反射率為92%,而第二子區200b-2對應裝飾圖案PT之較淺的木紋區PTb-2;透光結構230的第一部分232的高度H1可為3.76μm,第一子區200b-1的第一膽固醇液晶層260的厚度T2-1可為0.94μm(即2倍的螺距),第一子區200b-1的反射率可為42%,而第一子區200b-1對應裝飾圖案PT之較深的木紋區PTb-2。上述的數值是用以舉例說明本發明,但本發明不以此為限。
請參照圖1,另一方面,除可切換至裝飾模式,顯示裝置10還可切換至顯示模式。顯示裝置10處於顯示模式時,裝飾面板200致能(即,第一透光導電層220與第二透光導電層250的電位差實質上大於0),而第一膽固醇液晶層260呈穿透態。此時,顯示面板100所發出的顯示光束會穿過裝飾面板200而將其所攜帶的顯示資訊傳遞至使用者眼中。在本實施例中,穿透態可指焦點圓錐態或垂直態,本發明並不加以限制。
值得一提的是,利用包括透光結構230的裝飾面板200,顯示裝置10不但能在裝飾模式下呈現裝飾圖案PT,還能在顯示模式下依照使用者的選擇呈現顯示面板100的顯示資訊而不呈現裝飾圖案PT,或者同時顯示資訊及裝飾圖案PT。也就是說,透過可切換的裝飾面板200,顯示裝置10的顯示效果可更多元。
在此必須說明的是,下述實施例沿用前述實施例的元件標號與部分內容,其中採用相同的標號來表示相同或近似的元件,並且省略了相同技術內容的說明。關於省略部分的說明可參考前述實施例,下述實施例不再重述。
圖4為本發明另一實施例之顯示裝置的剖面示意圖。圖4的顯示裝置10A與圖1的顯示裝置10類似,兩者的差異在於:兩者之裝飾面板200、200A的透光結構230的位置不同。請參照圖4,具體而言,在本實施例中,裝飾面板200A的透光結構230位於第一透光導電層220與第一基底210之間。
圖5為本發明又一實施例之顯示裝置的剖面示意圖。圖5的顯示裝置10B與圖1的顯示裝置10類似,兩者的差異在於:圖5的顯示裝置10B更包括調色部300。
請參照圖5,調色部300設置於裝飾面板200的前方,而裝飾面板200位於調色部300與顯示面板100之間。調色部300包括第三透光導電層320、第二膽固醇液晶層350、第四透光導電層340及第三基底330。第二基底240位於第三透光導電層320與第二透光導電層250之間。第三透光導電層320位於第二膽固醇液晶層350與第二基底240之間。第二膽固醇液晶層350位於第四透光導電層340與第三透光導電層320之間。第四透光導電層340位於第三基底330與第二膽固醇液晶層350之間。
特別是,調色部300之第二膽固醇液晶層350的螺距與裝飾面板200之第一膽固醇液晶層260的螺距與不同。也就是說,調色部300與裝飾面板200能反射不同的波長範圍。透過分別被裝飾面板200及調色部300反射之第一顏色光束與第二顏色光束的混合,顯示裝置10B能呈現更多種色彩的裝飾圖案PT。
圖6為本發明再一實施例之顯示裝置的剖面示意圖。圖6的顯示裝置10C與圖4的顯示裝置10A類似,兩者的差異在於:圖6的顯示裝置10C更包括調色部300。圖6的調色部300與圖5的調色部300相同,於此便不再重述。

Claims (19)

  1. 一種裝飾面板,包括:一第一基底;一第一透光導電層,設置於該第一基底上;一透光結構,設置於該第一基底上;一第二基底,設置於該第一基底的對向;一第二透光導電層,設置於該第二基底上;以及一第一膽固醇液晶層,設置於該第一透光導電層與該第二透光導電層之間;該裝飾面板適於呈現一裝飾圖案,且該裝飾圖案對應於該透光結構;其中,該透光結構包括高度不同的一第一部分及一第二部分。
  2. 如請求項1所述的裝飾面板,其中該裝飾圖案與該透光結構實質上重合。
  3. 如請求項1所述的裝飾面板,其中當裝飾面板未致能,該第一膽固醇液晶層呈反射態,而該裝飾面板呈現該裝飾圖案。
  4. 如請求項1所述的裝飾面板,其中當該裝飾面板致能,該第一膽固醇液晶層呈穿透態。
  5. 如請求項1所述的裝飾面板,其中該第一膽固醇液晶層具有一螺距,一方向垂直於該第一基底,該第一透光導電層 與該第二透光導電層在該方向上具有一最大距離,且該最大距離與該螺距的比值落在2至15的範圍。
  6. 如請求項1所述的裝飾面板,其中一方向垂直於該第一基底,該第一透光導電層與該第二透光導電層在該方向上具有一最大距離,該透光結構在該方向上具有一高度,該最大距離為d,該透光結構的該高度為H,且d及H滿足:

  7. 如請求項1所述的裝飾面板,其中該第一透光導電層位於該透光結構與該第一基底之間。
  8. 如請求項1所述的裝飾面板,其中該透光結構位於該第一透光導電層與該第一基底之間。
  9. 如請求項1所述的裝飾面板,更包括:一第三透光導電層,其中該第二基底位於該第三透光導電層與該第二透光導電層之間;一第二膽固醇液晶層,其中該第三透光導電層位於該第二膽固醇液晶層與該第二基底之間;一第四透光導電層,其中該第二膽固醇液晶層位於該第四透光導電層與該第三透光導電層之間;以及一第三基底,其中該第四透光導電層位於該第三基底與該第二膽固醇液晶層之間;該第一膽固醇液晶層的一螺距與該第二膽固醇液晶層的一螺距不同。
  10. 一種顯示裝置,包括: 一顯示面板;一裝飾面板,設置於該顯示面板的上方,其中該裝飾面板包括:一第一基底;一第一透光導電層,設置於該第一基底上;一透光結構,設置於該第一基底上;一第二基底,設置於該第一基底的對向;一第二透光導電層,設置於該第二基底上;以及一第一膽固醇液晶層,設置於該第一透光導電層與該第二透光導電層之間;其中該顯示裝置適於呈現一裝飾圖案,且該裝飾圖案對應於該透光結構;其中該透光結構包括高度不同的一第一部分及一第二部分。
  11. 如請求項10所述的顯示裝置,其中該裝飾圖案與該透光結構實質上重合。
  12. 如請求項10所述的顯示裝置,其中該當該顯示裝置處於一裝飾模式時,該裝飾面板未致能,該第一膽固醇液晶層呈反射態,而該顯示裝置呈現該裝飾圖案。
  13. 如請求項10所述的顯示裝置,其中當該顯示裝置處於顯示模式時,該裝飾面板致能,而該第一膽固醇液晶層呈穿透態。
  14. 如請求項10所述的顯示裝置,其中該第一膽固醇液晶層具有一螺距,一方向垂直於該第一基底,該第一透光導 電層與該第二透光導電層在該方向上具有一最大距離,且該最大距離與該螺距的比值落在2至15的範圍。
  15. 請求項10所述的顯示裝置,其中一方向垂直於該第一基底,該第一透光導電層與該第二透光導電層在該方向上具有一最大距離,該透光結構在該方向上具有一高度,該最大距離為d,該透光結構的該高度為H,且d及H滿足:

  18. 如請求項10所述的顯示裝置,更包括:一第三透光導電層,其中該第二基底位於該第三透光導電層與該第二透光導電層之間;一第二膽固醇液晶層,其中該第三透光導電層位於該第二膽固醇液晶層與該第二基底之間;一第四透光導電層,其中該第二膽固醇液晶層位於該第四透光導電層與該第三透光導電層之間;以及一第三基底,其中該第四透光導電層位於該第三基底與該第二膽固醇液晶層之間;該第一膽固醇液晶層的一螺距與該第二膽固醇液晶層的一螺距不同。
  19. 一種裝飾面板,包括:一第一基底; 一第一透光導電層,設置於該第一基底上;一透光結構,設置於該第一基底上;一第二基底,設置於該第一基底的對向;一第二透光導電層,設置於該第二基底上;以及一第一膽固醇液晶層,設置於該第一透光導電層與該第二透光導電層之間;該裝飾面板適於呈現一裝飾圖案,且該裝飾圖案對應於該透光結構;在垂直於該第一基底的一方向上,部分的該第一膽固醇液晶層設置於該透光結構與該第二透光導電層之間。
